The location was fantastic! Only a short drive to beautiful Saint Paul de Vence, Vence and lots of other beautiful towns. Breakfast each day in the beautiful alfresco area was a treat! Homemade jam, homemade cake and of course coffee :) plus lots of helpful tips from Pascale when we were planning our day.

Nothing we didn’t like - all pluses! - a home stay environment - quiet atmosphere and beautiful views by the elevated pool. The accomodation is not high end plush like a 5 star hotel but nor would you want it to be. All the comforts were included with the lovely home stay experience.

What a beautiful and serene place! My wife and I absolutely cherished the time we spent in early June at Mas du Chanoine and it is definitelly a place we look forward to come back to. Nestled close to the idyllic old town of St Paul de Vence, Mas du Chanoine is a great choice to explore the French Riviera and l'arriere-pays nicois. The property is simply beautiful and very well kept with a nice heated pool area, surrounded by a lush garden. Our room on the first floor was spacious, stylishly decorated and had amazing views over the area and the old town of St Paul de Vence. We particularly appreciated the kindness of our charming hosts, Pascale and Yves, always available with insightful tips and constantly preoccupied with our comfort. Moreover, the delightful breakfast was freshly prepaired every morning by Pascale, who's pastries could successfully rival the famous parisian boulangeries. If we could have only allocate more time relaxing by the pool :( but that is something to be left for our next stay here. Merci Pascale and Yves pour un sejour magnifique!

Pascale and Yves made all the efforts imaginable to make our holiday unforgettable. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and of high quality, prepared by Pascale every morning. Personal treatment tailored to your own needs. They took a lot of time to look after us and answer our questions about the environment, restaurants, where to go etc. What we appreciated the most, was the private flair and the peace. The type of the accommodation doesn’t allow crowds and their policy explicitly foresees the calm. No parties, no loud group of kids. That’s what we were looking for and it was fulfilled! The lush Mediterranean garden was an oasis for the soul longing for beauty and peace. The pool is a dream. Very often we were alone around the pool and could relax as we wanted. We found back the peace we were looking for. Many thanks for that!

An absolutely stunning property, full of character and charm. Space for privacy but also to be in company should you want to commune at the pool! Everything was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, comfortably appointed! Perfection.

Both Pasquale and Yves were extremely welcoming in every way. They answered every question we had for our stay and destinations in the area. The breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully. all was great!!! pascal and her husband where so kind and hospitable. they were warty all the time that we will fill at home!!! they were so helpful with guiding us where to go in the area. the breakfasts were delicious. pascal prepared every day something spacial the each breakfast were different. for sure we will come again.

Recommend! Pascale et Yves are amazing people; they helped us with restaurant table reservations and gave us suggestions about visiting the area. The location is perfect. If you want to visit Nice, Monaco, Antibes and more, the place is just for you. The room was clean, the size perfect—total privacy, and the garden and swimming pool access. Breakfasts are very tasty, every day different.
