Great Hotel-Restaurant option to stop for a couple of days in order to do the Vosges routes. Nice bar-terrace and private secure parking in front of the hotel. Nice small-village with other restaurants nearby. Motorbike friendly. Owner allowed us to prepare sandwiches for our picknick tours. Rooms quite big, clean and breakfast quite enough.

No shower. Typical France bathroom without curtains.

We were given the choice of a sunny room or one on the shady side. Since it was extremely hot out we appreciated the ability to chose a room on the shady side. An added bonus was that we also had a lovely patio overlooking the garden. Also, the dinner in the restaurant was the best we had in 4 weeks in France. Equivalent to a one star Michelin! Very creative and extremely delicious!

Nothing negative!

Reception was very friendly and helpful . Definite language barrier - my French is not good and reception’s English was not good but we were able to communicate reasonably well . Room was clean and bathroom had a bathtub . our room , 201 was on the street but was quite quiet . Our view from the room of the Valley was great On site restaurant opened a bit late ,7:00PM but food was good with reasonable price point . Breakfast was adequate .

Really seem not to be set up for secure bicycle storage . Our very helpful reception lady let us put our bikes inside and downstairs by the elevator but that was the extent of secure inside bicycle storage . Room needed a bit more interior lighting - quite dark but it was clean .

Good value for money hotel. We use his hotel when we are traveling south as a stopover. Good carparking and excellent food in the evening

It is slightly dated

Lovely family style hotel. It's a bit dated but that adds to the charm. Restaurant serves a pretty good dinner, with an excellent wine list. Breakfast ok by French standards

Facilities are quite dated. The fitness area has probably not seen an update for decades. The man at the reception (Erik) is multilingual, but can be grumpy and reminded me of Basil Fawlty

Traditional family-run hotel of very high quality. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet and the staff welcoming and competent. An excellent dining room with a wonderful view, super breakfast too.

No coffee making facilities. The hotel is a bit dated but well maintained.

Hotel very good in all respects. Good restaurant open every day & evening. Location ideal for motorcycling in Vosges Nord region. Would stay here again.

The room was spacious, spanking clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was copious. The price was good value for money.

The bathroom had dark green tiles - not my favorite. But all worked well. The carpet floor tiles are getting a bit old.
