This motel is a great location- just off the motorway, it was comfortable and very clean and exactly what we expected, having read the reviews. What made it exceptional, however, was the staff. When we arrived, the lady who checked us in asked where we were going and then gave us really helpful and useful suggestions for our holiday. She could not have been more attentive. As a result, we visited a beautiful castle ruins with unbelievable views of the region - all for free! She also gave us useful advice about visiting Strasbourg - including information on the park and ride. Honestly, nothing was too much trouble.

That we didn’t stay longer! There were loads of hiking trails up at the castle ruins which we didn’t get a chance to do. Also, the hotel pool looked amazing - but we didn’t arrive in time to go in it!

A lovely little gem that we discovered by chance on our drive back from skiing. So much better than staying in a Premier Classe (or similar) overnight hotel. Friendly staff with people at check in till 9pm (if checking in later let them know and there is a key box outside). Rooms were spotless and the meal was tasty. Breakfast was classic continental with cold meats, delicious bread and pastries and cereals. We will definitely stay here again on our journey back.

Staff were friendly. We were able to store our bikes overnight in a locked garage which was helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choice. We also ate dinner here and the food options were excellent. Great quality and very reasonable prices. Definitely the highlight of our short stay.

Rooms perhaps a bit basic, but they were clean and comfortable. It would be helpful to have a bedside table on both sides of the bed.

Good location just off the motorway. Ideal for an overnight stop when traveling further. The hotel was clean and very pleasant staff and the pool area looked nice although we didn’t use it.

We found the food a little underwhelming and were a bit disappointed with our meal, it was very salty. Which was a shame as the reviews we read were all good for the food.

Possibility to request a room on the ground floor, I am an older person and this makes my stay much more enjoyable and easier. Convenient car park. Friendly staff. On-site restaurant with good food and decent prices. Location close to motorway exit.

There is nothing to dislike for a short stay.

We stayed in a superior room and were pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly and the rooms were very clean. They gave us keys to a garage to lock our bikes overnight. Highly recommend reserving a table for dinner. The tarte flambée is amazing, even for vegetarians!

- quiet area even if close to the highway - nice and clean pool, which I found somewhat difficult to find with other hotels in the environment - pleasant and varied breakfast - friendly personell, but I didn't 'test' their multi-language abilities

- they are in the process of refurbishing the rooms, but not all rooms are done so far. (2023-07) - I would REALLY recommend to get in touch with the hotel and ask if they can give you one of the renovated rooms.

good Restaurant for Dinner and Breakfast. We didnt get to use the pool, but the restaurant overlooks a good sized pool The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on a transit stop, but would definitely come back to visit the area to explore more.

No in room coffee/ tea making. Have to go down to the restaurant. Minor issue only. Only 1 bedside table per bed. could be better with one each side.

The staff was very friendly, were sincerely interested in us and made us feel very welcome. The ones who spoke English did so (we hardly speak French), and the ones who couldn't speak English tried and did their best. Much apreciated!!! The facilities are what you expect of a hotel, but the food in the restaurant (diner and breakfast) exceeded our expectations by far!

We were looking for a one night stay as a midway stop between Italy and Belgium. This was really a very nice hotel for not that much money! The breakfast was definitely worth the price with a lot of options and everything was fresh and nice. It seemed like the surrounding area was also worth visiting but we didn't have the time for that.
