The hotel was clean and we had to check in very late, the reception was closed, but they left a paper hanged on the main door with our security code and our room card was in our room door. There is a Nespresso machine in the room which allowed us to have a good coffee before leaving the hotel in the following morning.

There were no previous instructions about how to get to our room and because we checked in very late, we had some issues figuring everything out. The main bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was horrible, not comfortable at all, and a bit noisy.

We meet only wonderfully friendly staff when we arrived a bit late in the evening, they served a lovely, tasty dinner for us and a great kids menu. We felt very welcome as a family. The breakfast was fresh and lovely too.

We had a family room and the sofa bed was rather uncomfortable. We stayed for one night during our trip and were a bit discouraged by the soundings when we arrived, however, the hotel really made up for that - the welcoming staff and the well-prepared meals gave us a lovely night's stay

Kind personal. I arrived late (after the reception closed) they gave me the entrance code and my card was on the room door. Clean room. Perfect for a stay if your are on a trip.

The price is a bit on the high side for the room size.

Very practical check in by digital code. Close to La Luna concert hall. Many shopping opportunities such as Aldi, Lidl. Free parking.

New card controlled lighting was not working properly.

Breakfast was great, however, the location was 20 minutes walk from the town center where other colleagues were staying, so inconvenient to me.

the staff were brilliant and went above and beyond to help us with our sat nav. got us back up and running again after losing the mapping for Southern Europe. which would have ruined our trip. thank you all so much.

Breakfast was very good, Scrambled eggs and bacon were very tasty. Good selection of fruit juices and pastries too. Room was decent, bed very comfortable and great shower.
