Everything. Great location very friendly and helpful staff. I have nothing bad to say. It really exceeded my expectations in every way. One of the best l have stayed in for a very long time.

Absolutely nothing

Booked last minute, and was pleasantly surprised at the super-friendly staff. We travel with a large dog, so we don't always expect a friendly welcome, but the staff was more than accomodating and even asked if we needed anything for our dog...!!! Nobody has ever asked if we need anything for our dog! I was more than positively surprised! The rooms and the decor are very cool (the hallways need a bit of a touch up here and there). Very clean, very comfortable beds with a wonderful view. A 10 minute walk outside the old town. Would definitely recommend to others, and definitely stay here again.

Nice welcome, lovely comfortable and quiet room, huge bed, clean and modern bathroom, good choice at breakfast, lots of parking and only 5-10 mins walk to town. All the staff we met were very pleasant.

The breakfast room was a little cold. Lack of a bar in the hotel. You can use the hotel next door which was expensive in our view and the bar wasn’t particularly welcoming. That said it’s close to town so not an issue for us to walk out. You can also eat in their restaurant next door but we can’t comment on that as we didn’t try it.

Wonderful, modern hotel only ten minutes walk to the centre of town. Good off street parking, including underground car park. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. The whole hotel is very clean. The room and the bed was very comfortable. Good roof terrace with complimentary tea and coffee, be sure to check out the views. Overall it was ideal for a one night stopover and good value. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Friendly helpful staff. Superb facilities. Great room, spacious, spotless - opened March 2024 so brand new and looked it. Loved the decor. Bathroom super, shower we wonderful, bed very comfortable, efficient air con. Kettle in room - hooray! Complimentary drinks in most public spaces. Lovely pool. Didn't use the spa. Nice meal in garden restaurant - pork confit was delicious. Breakfast superb with lots of choice including fresh apricots apples and peaches as well as fruit salad. A really super place at a great price.

The hotel has a very interesting design, the breakfast was good and the breakfast serving staff smiling and welcoming.

The waiting time for dining at the restaurant was very long. It took half an hour just to come and take our order and then another half an hour to bring us the appetizer which did not require any cooking, so we practically started eating more than one hour after being seated. The staff could have been better organized, as they did not attend to people in order of arrival.

Hotel is new and had only opened a month or so before we arrived, so everything was nice and clean and shiny. Staff very friendly and helpful, and politely tolerated my appalling French for a while before asking whether it would be easier speaking English. Hotel seems to be part of the adjacent Abbaye hotel complex and so guests have access to the very pleasant bar and restaurant at that hotel. Room was big and comfortable. Location is ideal, only about 10 min walk into the historic town centre.

Only complaint would be that the location isn't visible or signposted from the main road (Quai de Verdun), possibly just because it's so new and they haven't put any signs up yet. We drove past once and couldn't find it and it wasn't until I eventually decided that I'd have to go to the Abbaye hotel and ask if they could direct me to the Dali that I realised it was immediately adjacent, and shared the same car park even - so if you are trying to find the Dali, turn in by the signs to the Abbaye hotel/spa place.

Plentiful free parking. All staff were welcoming, helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was a reasonable size for the price and well designed with a large, comfortable bed and 2 easy chairs, even though it was a standard room. Good sound proofing. Excellent bathroom with large walk in shower. The restaurant menu looked fine, although we didn't try it. Courtesy hot drinks tray. Easily controlled heating. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Great hotel. Secure parking. Clean, comfortable and modern. The bed and the sheets were particularly comfy. Coffee, tea and kettle very useful. Close to the centre of town with loads of restaurants around the main square. Can't decide whether to give it an 8 or 9, but either way it deserves an 8.5.

The location is very convenient and it has free parking, which is quite suitable for people with little kids. It makes things easier. The room we had was comfortable and clean. We had breakfast and dinner here and it was good. The staff during dinner at the restaurant was very friendly and gave my son some coloring materials to get him distracted. Will definitely go back there again if we ever travel to Montauban again.
