Good for a one night stopover en route. Although on a business park, location was fine for us . Was able to buy a pizza, for evening meal so didn’t have to leave property. Breakfast was good.

Despite telling them on booking I was as coeliac ( Gluten Free) and nut free & reminding them on check in , the only item they could offer was opened , stale rice cakes. No Gf croissants or bread. They offered a GF cereal but contained nuts. Fortunately there was plenty of ham , cheese etc so I didn’t go hungry

The hotel was excellent for us as it’s only of the motorway so was a very easy stopover. It’s was clean and comfortable with large room and bathroom size. For a budget hotel it exceeded expectations. The staff were terrific especially the girl , she couldn’t be more helpful and was trying very hard to accommodate our needs🙏🤩. They even made us hit lively pizza as it was a Sunday and nothing was open . Couldn’t ask for anything more ☺️

Location great for travel - just off A20.- but.. if i was a single traveller i would not have liked driving through industrial area late at night to find entrance to hotel. Not close to any restaurants - a good 15 minute drive away.

We arrived in the evening with our dog and our baby and the kind receptionist helped us with our bags and checked us in very quickly. We asked him for several things and nothing was too much of an issue. Breakfast was very nice and again in the morning the staff was fantastic, helped us to sterilise our baby’s bottles without any issues. This is a perfect hotel for a good night sleep in you’re on the road and we would definitely go back if we are ever on another road trip!

We liked everything

The staff was extremely efficient and pleasant. The room size is perfectly fine. Overall, the room is very cozy: the heating system works really well, and the bedding and mattress were very comfy. The fact that the restrooms and the bathroom are separated is quite nice. Last but not least, it was quiet and peaceful, so we were able to recharge batteries fully before heading back home.

Great hotel in a very quiet location, close to main auto route. Rooms spotlessly clean. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. Outside spaces for relaxing with a drink or picnic. Guillame on reception made us welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. Excellent hotel and experience as we have found with many Best Western hotels.

Very warm welcome.....extremely friendly reception staff. Comfortable and clean bed and really roomy bathroom. 7 minutes from our convention hall. I visit twice a year.

Would have been nice if they had small bottles of wine in the reception fridge to purchase but we were allowed to drink our own in the reception area and were supplied with free bowls of nuts. 😊

Very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very hot day and air conditioner was excellent. Breakfast was very good.

Food in the evening was very limited (microwave choices) but staff offered directions to nearby restaurant. The location on an industrial estate was a little unexpected but once on site, this was not obvious. Building surrounded by gardens

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Extremely well located, ample free parking, clean and cool bedroom and very good breakfast. I (unknowing) lost my cash and credit cards and they contacted me whilst I was en route to the UK - fortunately reuniting them with me before the end of the day.

Fantastic stay as usual the staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much for them. Loved the breakfast and they had plenty of gluten free food. 😊 Our friend booked a disabled room and said it was the best room he has ever stayed in. He will be back..Looking forward to seeing you all again.
