The B&B was very comfortable and spacious and very convenient for the train station. Veronique who runs it was lovely and very kind. Nothing was too much trouble for her. My husband didn't feel well when we arrived and she was kindness itself allowing us in early for him to rest and then later to give us a lift to a restaurant. Her English is excellent and we would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Montauban.

Difficult to think of anything about the B&B itself that could be better. The location is not so attractive but it is a relatively easy walk into Montauban centre.

It is a very charming house just out of the centre. And Veronique is a nice, welcoming host. The garden were you can park the car is a bonus. The entrance is only suitable for a normal car or minibus.

The breakfast is nice, but for us too much sweets. An egg or some cheese and veggies would be nice/ prefarable.

Veronique is a wonderful, relaxed host. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, not realising finding a restaurant for the evening would be so difficult ! Veronique's recommendation (excellent steak and chips) was just what we needed. The room was large and comfortable. We had to leave rather early for our flight, so did not do justice to the delicious breakfast.

The room was beautiful and the whole property was charming. Breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit salad and a range of foods- a real treat. Our host was very friendly.

The road outside was occasionally noisy depending on the time of day, but this wasn't enough to keep us awake.

Although this fronted onto a nasty busy main road, this hotel was a little gem. It has obviously been somebody's private home, as many of the furnishings were antique or vintage (? from original owner) We were made very welcome, and the de luxe suite we stayed in was very spacy, with a huge and luxurious ensuite bathroom. The bed was enormous. We had coffee making facilities, and a separate seating area to watch television. The back of the hotel had a large garden, and parking. Breakfast was very good.

Access to the parking at the back of the hotel was via an electronic gate, rather narrow, and only allowed you 30 seconds to negotiate your way in or out, before starting to close again? a broken sensor? The area offers little, apart from being close to the station at Montauban, but not too far to walk into town.

We arrived on a Sunday at the height of the heatwave and the ac was very welcome, as was the lovely safe private parking and the beautiful characterful property and room. Veronique helped us find an excellent Asian restaurant the Baie 'd'Along with a 5 minute walk, which as delicious and such good value.

Superb breakfast and lovely host - would recommend to anyone , you won’t be disappointed

Excellent Central accommodation, with Central location. Parking and Breakfast included. Veroniqie is welcoming and informative. She is an English teacher, so no problems there. 😊 Her healthy Breakfast with homemade Jams and Yogurt was amazing. The place itself is v comfortable and quaint with an interesting mix of old and modern. Obviously an old if not historic house which has been lovingly restored and maintained with many original features, such as doors in the Radiators, for keeping Plates hot. The name refers to the battle fought by the Royal Bourbons there, over the local Cathedral. How could a place called " Vanille Bourbon " not be fantastic.
