The most memorable thing about my stay here was the delightful staff - so welcoming and accommodating. I mistakenly arrived the next morning for breakfast 30mins early before the dining room opened. The lady in charge was dynamo like running to the bakery and getting everything set up for me - who was in the wrong - half an hour before she was due to. So incredibly generous and a fitting end to a fantastic week in France. This lady has singlehandedly redefined the concept of Customer Service for me. The room was ideal for me - comfortable, clean with a very spacious ensuite - just great. The location was ideal for me also - easy to get to by car and easy to exit towards Carcassonne which was my next stop. Parking was perfect - just outside the front door.

Very friendly staff, easy access to motorway and local shopping centre. Great breakfast with local produce. Pet friendly. Fast charging available in the car park at competitive price.

Not the prettiest of locations and not safe to walk to shopping centre even though very close due to lack of footpaths. Self checkin in the pouring rain a bit of a pain.

Did the job perfectly. For a stop off when travelling through France. Comfortable with pretty good parking. Staff were great and really friendly. Booked last minute and worked great. Great patisserie close by for the morning.

But if a walk to find some evening food.

Friendly hotel receptionist, clean room and comfortable bed. Perfect for an overnight stay.

The restaurant next-door was closed and the Wi-Fi was down.

Clean, easy accessible and good bed and shower. Plus point for EV chargers in the premises and gate that closes for the night.

Well situated next to the motorway with easy access to Montauban. Very handy to have a restaurant / bar located in the car park

A bit isolated. Attached restaurant was closed for the winter so a fair walk for food.
