The house was a joy and Lisa the host fantastic!.Very warm welcome and lovely discussions on music and life in general.My son particularly liked the musical instruments he was allowed to play.I would recommend to anyone.The shared bathroom was not a problem for us on our floor.

Amazing old house packed with interesting history and beautiful items. The host was very hospitable and friendly and welcomed us like old friends. Loved her little Jack Russell 😍 Large garden to relax in a hammock or sun bed 😎

A bit dusty but it was a very old house.

Excellent location, foot steps from Meuse. Huge rooms. Shared bathrooms where huge and did not cause any problem. Lovely garden. Very nice mansion to stay and a fabulous host. We had the luck that a spontaneous piano concert was given. Nice place to meet interesting people. Mouzay itself has a bakery, but breakfast is included. You come to enjoy the peace and space. Stenay is 2km away and Dun-sur-Meuse is also close by for restuarants and shops.

Normally I don't like shared bathrooms. Here it was no issue.

The character of the property and rural location was what attracted us to book the accommodation in the first place, Lisa made us feel very welcome and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. All the rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy, we will book again without hesitation on our next trip to France.

We loved staying here. It was an older, but nevertheless lively crowd. Enjoyed breakfast together with other guests. We had a huge room, the whole house has so much character. Our host is such a sweet lady, she accommodated us in every way, we would recommend staying here!

The stay in the Maison des Beaux arts was an outstanding experience - the house and the rooms quite breathe an exceptionell and artistic atmosphere - we had two wonderful rooms with the view to the beautiful garden and it was literally magic - also the breakfast was very tasty with homemade products and a inspiring discussions about all matters of life - we would definitely stay there again!

I had a fantastic experience booking this property for my recent getaway! The location was perfect, the accommodations were top-notch, and the host was incredibly helpful, making our stay with a dog truly enjoyable.

The great owner really makes this a special place, she's very inspiring running this B&B at an age of 80 years old. She has a good knowledge of people and knows how to make connections. The rooms are grand and like a museum, you step back in time and it's kind of quirky, but I loved this. She also has a music room for concerts or just to play together. All and all an inspiring stay!
