Great location if you travel by car and want to avoid city centre. Free private parking is big plus, you can also put car in garage (extra to pay). It seems very secure with private entrance to the hotel area (by car and by foot). Excellent breakfast with high quality food.

Price and some extra charges. Be sure that you communicate all the extra services that you need because what seems logic to you can be extra charge.

We booked the hotel to be near to the Stadium of Nice as we were attending a rugby match there. As advertised it was just a five minute easy walk to the stadium and perfect for us. The bar and restaurant ( when open ) were pleasant and the breakfast provided a good choice of food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

WE arrived on Friday and the restaurant was not open that evening. But we were directed to a very nearby restaurant which was very nice. Not a problem but a bit unusual. The reception and ground floor areas were all modern and pleasant. The bedrooms, however, are a bit basic but comfortable enough for short stay.

Everything was great. The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. The pool and pool area was very nicely set out. I would strongly recommend this hotel. If I could take this hotel with me everywhere, then I would.

As I am older and my knees are not very strong I found it difficult to get in the pool and impossible to get out on my own. If I had gone alone, I would not have been able to use the pool. It needs one set of steps and rail for safety and availability. The pillows were very thick and quite firm. Too high and hard for us.

If you arrive at the airport there is a tram outside that stops 200M from the hotel. It costs 1.75E as opposed to the 40E we paid the taxi. The tram will aslo take you to the St.Augustin train station or a variety of spots around the city, so the hotel is very convenient. Its also one block from a large supermarket if you need literally anything. The hotel staff are a 10. The property was spotless and the breakfast was outstanding. If your from North America the coffee is outstanding. As a small aside its very close to the stadium so if your seeing a sporting event or what not, its right there. As far as value is concerned its execellent.

Incredibly small thing. The Scambled eggs were a little under done and sloppy. Perhaps speaking only for some North Americans (and I do understand there are others), we normally prefer them a little more cooked. Again, super small.

The hotel is very nice, clean and with lots of services available. The restaurant deserves a visit both for breakfast and dinner as quality of food and dishes were great. The room and bathroom are really comfortable, even with a little balcony available. The pool spot is nice and towel service was a plus.

The pool is a bit small. I had an issue when I asked for a taxi to the airport (6km away). A taxi without meter has arrived and pretended me to pay 45€ for the travel. Hotel location is on a main road: even though I didn't have the time to visit the area more, I cannot say what is there.

We loved how lovely and quiet it was. Breakfast was great with lots of choices including alternative milks. The staff was very helpful and waiters friendly. We loved dinner there, the chefs are top and the food was just incredible

the down side is that the hotel is not in the centre of Nice but the outskirts so to get to the touristic areas, a couple of tram journeys are needed. However, the tram station is a short walking distance away from the hotel so it’s easy to get to and from city centre and even airport.

Good location (within 45 minutes driving distance to major scenic spots around Nice), convenient on-site secure parking, spacious and peaceful room, balcony with good city view, delicious food served at the hotel restaurant, friendly and helpful staff.

The swimming pool is quite small.

Perfect location for attending an event at the Stade. Very comfortable bed and good balcony furniture. we spent the day by the lovely pool which is at the back of the building ,so nice and quiet. The gardens were very well looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking in a secure car park or paid overnight parking in a garage. Very good tapas restaurant across the road.

Breakfast was good but expensive at €25 per person.

Although a little way out from the centre of Nice, I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a huge smile, and everyone was very professional and always went above and beyond in helping us with our questions. The quality of the breakfast was exceptional and again the staff in the breakfast room greeted us warmly and with a big smile, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool in lovely grounds was a huge bonus to relax and enjoy. Only 50 metres from the tram stop and a lovely journey into the centre of Nice, a 10 journey ticket only costs 10 €, can't get that in the UK

Great location near a tram station, large free parking at this newly renovated hotel. I loved the aesthetic. Our room was quite large with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, large bathroom and shower and a really nice balcony where you could sit and enjoy the view.
