Located 100 metres from the Saint Isidore tram stop which is the terminal of Line 3 of the Nice Tram Line the hotel is easy to reach from both the airport and centre of Nice ( around 30 minutes on the tram which run very frequently ). The friendly staff are all frequent in English . Ate both nights in the hotels restaurant. Both meals I thoroughly enjoyed. My room was very spacious , quite even though I was at the front of the hotel with a very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was limited in choice.

The hotel is about 10 km from the center of Nice, a few minutes from the alliance stadium. We only slept there, so it's hard to rate the other services. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are solid, the bathrooms are small. They do have parking, but only for a few cars and reservations are not possible. It's on a first-come, first-served basis. However, you can find parking in the area.

Clean, comfy, GREAT staff, decent continental breakfast, small room but everything was there we needed for a short stay. Location for Stadium was brilliant but without it being run down or anything. Best described as cheap and cheerful rather than cheap and nasty. Being close to stadium and cheap I was expecting all manner of horrors inside but actually clean comfortable compact economical room for a few days. Hardly in room other than to sleep and wash so no pictures. Also worth saying staff were so helpful and accommodating and wouldn't take tips from us. We arrived half 9pm give or take, kitchen shut but still managed to find us a snack.

The tapas restaurant next door, give it a miss but that's nothing to do with the hotel. Hotel itself I couldn't fault it.

Staff were very friendly at check-in and check-out. The beds were super comfy and the room was very clean overall. We were provided with boxed water in our room which was a lovely touch. The location is a bit far from Nice city centre but it's also very very close (approx 1 minute walk) to the terminus station of tram L3, Saint Isidore so that is very convenient. Very close to the Allianz Riviera stadium too.

The air con is quite weak, which made it quite hard to sleep in the summer heat at first, but we got used to it by the end of our stay. The view from our room wasn't the best. It takes around 45/50 minutes by tram to get to the city centre, with a change of lines.

I found the staff great if you are driving there just off the Auto rote i found it perfect for me spotless clean inside rooms were spotless clean it's about 6 km from the town but there is a tram which you can get from hotel 2 minutes walk for me perfect would i go back yes i loved it there

What i didn't like not really

Very clean. Easy parking. Very comfortable beds! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Complimentary morning coffee was delicious. We decided to stay in Nice, so we could go to Monaco easily and they explained how to get there!

A little far from the train station to Nice, but easily accessible via the tram.

Everything is super clean. Very nice are the firm pillows, the good mattresses, the warm blankets, the nice soft bed linen, and the soft towels. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and there are a couple of nice little places to eat nearby. You are right on all major trunk and local roads and there is a good tram connection. We can only recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back.

The rooms could be a bit bigger, but in return, the beds are nice and big.

The hotel is ideal for traveling with a car to the french riviera. Free private parking. Very good breakfast and nice clean rooms with a coffee machine incide. It was the best choice for the money. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel, once a Kyriad, is very convenient for the airport, linked by the tram now. The half board rate was very good value. The rooms are small but adequate. Dinner was excellent although the breakfast was basic. There is free parking which is a bonus.

We chose the hotel because it was close to the airport. It's in a very convenient location, with bakeries and restaurants nearby. The free parking is a great bonus.

The room and bathroom are incredibly small for couples. For solo travelers it's ok.
