The hotel is very close to Gare de l'Est and in walking distance to Gare du Nord, which was perfect for my stay. The staff were super friendly and recognised me each time I came through the door, which was lovely. There was a problem with noise in my room but I got offered a new one as soon as I mentioned it to the receptionist. I even booked an additional night in the end. The rooms are quite small, especially if you bring a lot of luggage, but I was only there to sleep and to have a shower, so the room size was no problem for me. All in all, this hotel was very good value for money.

I was grateful for the proximity to the train station- five minute walk. This place was just cool. The smell of the lobby was divine. The decor was super cool. The best part: the terrace. Climb a spiral staircase to a private, enclosed, quiet outdoor area. They also have free coffee, tea , hot chocolate in the lobby for guests. Additionally, the elevator was really unique. Another plus- it is not a far walk to the cathedral or a great number of restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, souvenir stores.

Rooms are on the small side, but honestly… who stays in the hotel room a lot when traveling. The breakfast was very basic. Rooms facing the train station can be noisy at night as a lot of people congregate in the green areas in front of the station.

Everything was great. 24 hr reception a real plus (great to drop off bags before check-in). Friendly staff, quiet room on 5 th floor despite being on the boulevard. Nice to have porcelain teaware in the room. Great to have a lift. Breakfast included is decent.

The people in the rooms nearby made a lot of noise entering their rooms, it sounded like they were coming into mine. The shower is very small, but that's ok if you are slim. The only thing that could really be improved is the quality of the coffee at breakfast, it's really not tasty.

Small, cozy, like a family, hotel. Very central, next to Gare de l'Est. Friendly staff. Lobby open 24/7.

I do not mind the bathroom being small. But the wc-pot is placed 5 cm from the bathroom wall. No one can sit normally on it. You have to sit somewhat sideways to use the wc. Suggestion (because I'm an bulding engineer with experience on small spaces): Place the pot at a 25 to 30 degree angle from the wall. You'll make your future guests very happy.

The hotel is in a convenient location, which is only a short walk from Gare de l'Est Station. I felt completely safe travelling around the area at night, but, as always, one must be mindful of your surroundings. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Be prepared to leave your room key when leaving the hotel as this is common practice for the hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The hotel is near a junction where two major roads converge. Traffic is continuous throughout the day and night. Guests should be prepared for the emanating road. Over time, you do become accustomed to the noise.

Very basic breakfast and not included in price as expected. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.

it is a bit further from central Paris but totally walkable. The proximity to the train station was welcomed after a long day of travel. There were many amenities but if you’re looking to be in the hub of Paris, this is not if. Close enough if you’re willing to walk.

The reception staff were amazing! Really kind and helpful. Room was very clean. Location was great. 2 minute walk to Gard d'Est. There was plenty of restaurants in the area and a small supermarket. No street noice, with window's closed.

Good breakfast. Comfortable bed / room. Interesting view. Good shower pressure. Front desk staff were very friendly and could speak English. Free luggage storage. Room cleaned well after first night. Nice towels.

I stayed one night between train journeys. Looking for basic, got exactly what I wanted. Staff was efficient and pleasant.

Some road noise because it's on the Boulevard Magenta, but you have to expect that.
