Lovely sized rooms. Not too far from the train station or the nearest Metro. Good supermarket and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very nice. The shower was good. The bed was comfortable. The family apartment had a table and chairs, which was nice. We were able to leave luggage without officially checking in.

Check-in seemed a bit disorganised. Check-in is at 4 pm, but you can check in earlier for 25 € if your room is free. There seemed to be no free rooms available when we arrived at 2.30, and a whole heap of people were just milling around waiting.

Modern, clean, stylish, comfortable, well equipped, quite spacious for Paris and not too far from Gare de Lyon, we really liked this property! It’s also very eco- conscious.

Although various snacks were advertised as available until late in the evening, only pizzas were actually on offer and the staff seemed a little vague about the menu ( in training perhaps?) though very pleasant.

We only stayed 1 night here but the staff are still extraordinarily helpful and friendly, and addressed our very minor issue promptly. The room is spacious, quiet, clean and tidy. It even has a well equipped kitchen (people will find it useful if they wish to prepare the dinner in the hotel room). A supermarket is just next door.

I found that the (single) bed is too small even I am only 5.5 ft tall. I wonder how can the guys who are bigger size than me to sleep in such small bed. The hotel is about 12 min walk from the Gare de Lyon, and the choice of restaurants nearby is limited.

I consider myself fortunate to have booked this hotel for my extended stay in Paris. Having stayed in several different rooms across various hotels in the city, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room here. It was impeccably cleaned on a regular basis. The breakfast was delightful, especially the freshly baked croissants that tasted as if they had just come out of the oven. The hotel also boasts a charming café on the ground floor. Furthermore, the area felt very safe, with no homeless individuals in sight. Overall, this hotel offers excellent facilities at a lower cost compared to others I've visited in Paris.

The location is quite distant from everything, and while it offers a sense of safety, it doesn't immerse you easily in the vibrant atmosphere of Paris. Most buildings are new, and it feels like the outskirts of the city. While the metro is accessible for reaching tourist spots, I found myself walking long distances just to reach the station. Moreover, my interactions with the staff left much to be desired; they came across as cold and straightforward, lacking the warmth and hospitality expected when dealing with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Very new building and decoration, facilities are so good. A cozy place to stay and sleep. Staffs are helpful especially in the evening. Breakfast is sufficient.

Some distance away from the metro station. And a little bit remote from city center. But very close the train station to Lyon.

I stayed at the Appart'city Collection Paris Gare de Lyon for 3 nights in mid-March with a friend. Let me start by commenting on how friendly and helpful the staff is. I was greeted very warmly and registered quickly. While I waited I was offered a complimentary coffee. The room was adequate for 2 people. I wouldn't say spacious, but compared to other hotel rooms in Paris, it seemed big. The bathroom was beautifully designed, on the small side, but with a nice shower stall, rain shower head and hand held shower, and a towel warmer. Water pressure was great and the water drained properly. Our room was cleaned every day we were there and fresh towels supplied. The whole buidling seems rather new and so everything is in tip top condition. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so can't comment. The hotel is close to metro stops, but a little walking (10 - 15 minutes) will be required. Gare de Lyon is a 15 minute walk away. There are a few cafes/restaurants near the hotel, but overall the area is quiet and very safe. I would definitely stay at the Appart'city Collection Paris Gare de Lyon again when in Paris!

We had two twin beds in our room. While not a big deal, the beds seemed narrow and were rather firm. That said, I was able to sleep well and bed preference is a matter of personal choice.

Modern, good location, comfy bed, friendly staff, handy kitchenette.

Couldn’t turn off the kitchen light without removing the keycard from the main room power switch. Ridiculous!

Loved the modern design, room sizes were very spacious, kitchenette was perfect. Lovely coffee and tea in room was a nice touch. My family enjoyed breakfast most days, though some days the offerings were far better than others.

On the last evening the fire alarms kept going off every 15 min after midnight until fire department came to investigate. Also someone entered my room at 3am and I had to scream at them to leave and the manager the next morning said it was just a worker confirming all was ok, which is unacceptable. We were a mother and daughter in the room alone and spent tue rest of the night terrified someone soul come in again. Unacceptable.

We were greeted by the lovely staff who informed us of all the amenities available to us during our stay. We were taken to a room and a few minutes later informed that we had a room upgrade as it was our anniversary. The room was beautifully decorated with a lovely view and chocolates! The staff went above and beyond for us. The room was clean, spacious and was peaceful. We had a fantastic time and would defo visit again! Thank you so much to the staff for the warm welcome

The room was exactly as seen and described. Comfortable, big enough for two people, with all the facilities you could wish for, for a 5-day stay. The staff spoke good English and was professional, polite and nice to interact with. The hotel is situated a 10 min walk to the metro which connects you to the city centre, there is a Lidl right next to it as well as many bakeries. Overall great value for money!
