We liked the location, maybe it's not center, but Ubers were for around 12-20 EURs, so with full car, it's almost the price of the metro. The front desk is great and very helpful in every area. The trust bar works really well and there are many things included in price. It has really nice vibe to it. The room had everything what's needed, like USB outlets, desks, good internet and nice shower.

The only thing which comes to mind is that the elevator is pretty slow. So I highly recommend to take the stairs for time and health reasons.

The staff was very helpful especially Dalel at the reception who guided us about getting around the city. The room although small had been renovated, the bathroom was modern and the toiletries were exceptionally good. There were several good restaurants nearby and the metro station (line 14) was close to the hotel.

There was a small lift, which was slow and the corridors were narrow making it difficult to pass by when someone else was there. There was no iron in the room and although there was one available on request, the ironing stand was broken.

We were given an upgrade to Superior room as the aircon were down in the whole hotel, the room size was decent and the it was exceptionally clean with daily cleaning service to hand! Breakfast also contain many choices also there are many alternative breakfast "Cafe" option within 2-5 minutes of walk. The hotel is also located very central and easy to commute via Buss/Train which are right outside of the hotel and will take you to all famous attraction within 20-30 minutes depending where you are going.

Related to the Parisian hotel's standards, our room was pretty large and the king size bed (2 m wide) absolutely amazing. The location is a bonus for those who prefer their hotel in a less crowded zone, but having all the facilities around. Train, metro and bus lines to go anywhere you want, convenient shops, restaurants, bistros, cafes, fast-food, parking facilities, a mall nearby and even a park across the street. The staff is kind and helpful. In the lobby, the clients can relax or chat with friends in a cozy "welcoming spot", having complementary hot drinks, fresh water, little pastries and sweets.

Hotel Best Western Plus Opéra Batignolles is the ideal place for a relaxed enjoyment of Paris. It is located in the "neighborhood area", which means that you will enjoy numerous cafes and restaurants, bakeries with excellent homemade breads, pastries and cakes, you will have many opportunities for walking around the area. The hotel is located next to the train and metro station, which makes it its first valuable asset. In addition, it is within walking distance of Montmartre, but an easy walk can also be used to reach the Opera. Metro line 14 is an excellent connection to the part of the city where there are many sights, such as the Louvre, Notre Dame and more, and from the train station, line L takes you directly to Versailles. Another valuable asset of the Hotel is the staff who enjoy and professionally perform their work and are at your service at all times. The breakfast is outstanding, you can't see it in the pictures. There is not too much choice of dishes, but they are fresh, hot and tasty. Baguettes, croissants, cheeses and coffee are exceptional! In the lobby, at any time of your stay, you can help yourself to coffee, tea, carbonated and mineral water, as well as soft candies. Our room was on the fifth floor, had its own little French balcony and a view of the park. We also had a Nespresso coffee machine. Immaculately clean and sparkling white bed linen, towels, as well as the bathroom. Sufficient space to store clothes. The bed was so comfortable that we woke up in the morning completely rebooted from the walk and fatigue of the previous day. The excellent pillows also contributed to this. Double balcony doors eliminated street noise. This hotel will be our choice in Paris in the future.

Surely it can always be better, but this time it was ideal for us.

Great location, lovely clean room, beautiful balcony with fresh flowers and superb staff - special shout out to Latitia who was amazing, left a hand signed note on our arrival, gave a sensational recommendation for food around the corner and all around beautiful, friendly and professional!

Nothing! Even the fact there was an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived the staff immediately offered us free breakfast for the duration of our stay and we were more than happy with that compensation!

The location is perfect lots of cafes, supermarkets, shops and restaurants, metro station nearby. There are two lovely clean parks across the road. Huge bed and room cleaned daily. Fridge to chill drinks and coffee machine. Lots of towels and two robes. Plenty of points to charge devices. Very good bathroom with bath and shower. The main thing we liked the best about this hotel is the people who work at the hotel are all really lovely people. They made us and particularly our daughter feel very welcome. Best Western have a real asset in the staff that work there, because of their hospitality we would stay here again.

We did have some noisy neighbours next to us for two of the six nights but that's just people nothing to do with the hotel. We just went out into the corridor to tell them to be quiet which to be fair they did.

The Hotel is small and lovely. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet spacious when taking into consideration that is Paris and accommodations are usually very small. My room had a small balcony, the room was well cleaned and the design is beautiful. The Hotel is near to 3 metro lines, there is a specialty coffee place nearby (Dose), and many good boulangeries. 45 min by foot to Louvre, so its very easy to go to the center by walk. At the reception there are sparkling and still water that can be taken to the room, as well as some delicious candies. I've loved the place and highly recommend it.

The bed is too soft in my opinion.

The location is great. The area of Batignolles has an interesting offer of cafes and restaurants and has easy connections to the main attractions in Paris. As a family with a small child we also appreciated how close we were to parks and playgrounds. The hotel is comfortable, the room clean and spacious (specially for Paris). The staff on site were accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was good.

We did hear a bit of noise coming from the corridor and from the room above us.

The bed was sooooo comfortable. The mattress and pillows were so soft. The toiletries were quite good also. The room was clean and modern, spacious, good AC, mirroring, charging ports on each bedside. the pressure of the shower was good. Reception has free water and tea/coffee. I believe it was the hotels birthday so there was free cake. I also got upgraded for free to a better room. Overall a good stay, location was perfect close to Pont Cardinet (L14). Would stay here again.

The lift was a bit slow.
