Location is amazing. Very near the Dupleix and Bir Hakeim Metro stations (and some bus stops), so many pharmacy, boulangerie, produce markets, and cafe around. Best part is it’s a few minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The room was good, comfortable bed, has a heater and AC, good water pressure both hot and cold. Staff was polite and kind.

Like all the reviews, there’s no elevated divider between the shower floor and the bathroom floor, so eventually if you shower too much, the water would spill on the bathroom floor. But it’s not much of a problem.

The location is very good. Nice area and close to the train. Has restaurants and cafes around. Had a compact single room with it's own bathroom white was clean. I got the one with a window view of the tip of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was friendly and gave me the option of no view but lower floor or with view upper floor since she saw me struggling on the stairs with my 30kg luggage. Even offered to help.

Stairs which are Europe standards in cheaper properties. The tried to mke the aircon work, when i came down to reception and asked about it they just casually said it's not working an won't be fixed.

We requested the Eiffel Tower view room upon booking but sadly this was out service due to maintenance. The room we were given was clean and a good size, bathroom was also clean and modern. Only downside was the mattress was not comfortable as slopped in the middle.

Lots of stairs and we were on the top floor. We were fine with this but others may struggle.

The location is amazing, the view is absolutely breathtaking as you can actually see the top of the Eiffel Tower. However, what I liked the most about the stay was how friendly and receptive the staff was. I had more problems than I would have liked to have for a hotel stay, but there is 24/7 reception service and they were always more than happy to help, very kindly as well.

The size of the bathroom was very small, so much so it became a bit difficult to shower. The windowsills were not properly sealed as well, so I could feel a constant, ongoing breeze in the room.

The property was located in a perfect spot 2 minute walk away from the metro and only a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower so for the price it is very worth it and across the road there was a lovely cafe it was very safe a code to get in and a key for your door we stayed on the top floor and the window balcony was beautiful

The only thing negative is there is no elevator but the stairs didn’t bother me and it says in the add that there is no elevator so I can’t complain

Amazing location, super close to the eiffel tower and the metro, the area felt safe, we had many bars and cafes around, pastries shops, cheese shops, in the morning there was a market around

Not their fault and its advertised but going up 4 floors with the luggage and no elevator is not too ideal

The hotel was very hospitable — the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. The location is great, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. It’s a perfect place to stay if you want to explore Paris!

Nothing everything was spot on great place to stay little suggestion need a better shower curtain or tray because it floods was no issue for us though

This place is near Tour d'Eiffel and nearby attractions, as well as amenities if needed. The room is reasonable for the price.

The bathroom has only one plumbing point hence the shower is higher than rest of the washroom to stop water back flow from sewerage. This has unintended effect that the bathroom gets flooded every time someone showers. A collapsible shower gate will help here.
