Very close to the subway station. Very good breakfast.

The cofee was horible, they only have decaf. We arrive at 13:00 o clock but we couldn't check-in.

The shower was too small and the staff was unfriendly.

The hotel was way more our expectations! We were a 3 people group and initially expected a small bedroom with 3 beds. Instead of that, we got a 2 rooms bedroom, with plenty of space and great view to Paris buildings. The staff is very polite. Huge plus that there is a 24/7 open reception. Value for money choice in Paris. The hotel is 5-10mins walk from 2 very central metro stations and it was easy to navigate all day round.

The breakfast was more poor than expected and not recommended for vegans (no options at all). The location - the neighborhood where the hotel is located seems a bit dangerous. We didn’t face a danger, but we didn’t feel safe at all times

Close to the railway stations, which is a good option if you indend to travel around, also easy to get from the CDG airport. Non stop reception, kind personnel. Access from a main road.

Walking to/from the hotel area in late evening or at night might be a bit challenging. The area is marked as relatively safe, however one might feel a bit insecure as you will probably have to pass through sometimes large groups of youngsters, listening to loud music in the street. I would think twice before advising my daughter to go there alone or with some friend...

Nice tidy location. A bit away from the chaos of the city but we’ll connected

Beds were uncomfortable and were sloped so rolled to one side of the night. Building happening right outside the window at 5am so banging metal outside for hours in the morning.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

No kettle in room and staff didn’t tell us there was a hot water machine downstairs.

The bed was big enough for me, comfortable and the pillows were okay too. I love the location of Est Hotel because of its proximity to the Gare L’est. Friendly staff and attentive. I like that I can leave my luggage before my departure in the evening.

I could hear other guests beside my room. The doors are loud to close and to lock, the bathroom was nice, small and clean but the toilet is not properly installed. It seems like there is a loose screw. The toilet paper holder is wrongly placed, the toilet paper falls down when you pull it.

The location was very good, a walking distance from some tourist attractions (20min to sacre-coeur, 25min to opera garnier, etc). Also very close to metro stations and bus stops. The room was very clean, no smells, comfortable bed and fresh sheets. Everyday we got a bottle of water each, coffee/tea restocked. We never used the TV. Heating working well. The shower was just amazing, as I like the water flow to be strong. The staff was polite and helpful.

Not that it affected much out stay, but observed 3 things: 1) It was quite noisy in the bedroom as you could hear all conversations from the corridor, especially in the morning time, noises from cleaning/moving furniture. But otherwise no noise from the street. 2) The bedroom was very small, for example, we only had one small hand luggage each and we couldn't open both on the floor as there was no espace, just enough for one to walk around the bed. 3) The shower was amazing, but the bathtub felt quite unsafe as there were no handles to help you get in or out and I almost slipped - so I wouldn't recommend to an old person.
