Great breakfast options, friendly, helpful staff.

Room was stuffy due to air-conditioning being turned to heat for the cooler weather. This applied to the whole building. Would've preferred being able to regulate the temperature ourselves.

When the breakfasts starts(7:00) everywhere smells like omlete & bacon….guess that might be a plus :)

Location: Great location, 3 min walk to Opera, really safe and not noisy Hotel: Stylish, clean, nice breakfast and reception area, we stayed in Suite, so the room was big and the bathroom area was big and super comfy. Staff: Great, helpfull, friendly and very proffesional. My personal thanx to Mr. Osman, who was super helpful and super friendly , such a nice person and also thanx to Mr . Khakan. Place to eat: I liked the turkish cousin Saz next to hotel. Try their lamb bowl and cheese pide. Perfect everything. I was searching for the hotel long enough, I am happy that made a wright choice. I would stay there again.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem, perfectly located for families visiting Paris. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you might need. Despite being right in the heart of the city, our rooms on the 3rd floor were very quiet, ensuring a great night’s rest. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff—they went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. When our flight was delayed for half a day, the hotel not only stored our luggage after check-out but also offered us a courtesy room to shower and freshen up before heading to the airport. This gesture allowed us to enjoy another full day in the city...

No view from the windows facing the patio (just a wall), however you have a very quiet room.

We stayed at the hotel with our 6-year-old and felt completely comfortable as a family. Its central location is a major advantage, especially when traveling with a child—it made getting around so easy. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options each morning. Our room was spacious and cozy, and the balcony was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. Everything was spotlessly clean, and housekeeping kept the room fresh every day. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, and we especially want to thank Osman and Hakan for going out of their way to make us feel at home. Thanks to them, this hotel has become our go-to choice for future visits to Paris.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. • The location is perfect — just a short walk from the Louvre and many other main attractions. • The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to assist with any requests. • Breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety each morning. • Our room was lovely, clean, and had a charming little balcony — a perfect spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location, Satisfactory breakfast, very comfortable beds and pillows... Our room was a Superior room so the size was large enough and it was bigger then most of the hotels at Paris. Very helpful and hard working staff, you could meet them everywhere whem you need help. Additionally special thanks two Hakan and Osman brothers, for their kind and helpfull assistance during all our stay..

Spacious room by Paris standards with comfortable beds and quality linens. Location. Little balcony was sweet. We didn’t use it because it was unusually hot and sunny while we were there. AC worked.

Prefer to have choice in pillows (foam, for example). Difficult to use shower wand that got water outside the shower due to gap between door and no gaskets. We chose the hotel based on it being pet friendly, only to learn later that only small dogs are allowed. We have a medium size dog. Our room was very spacious and easily could have a accommodated the three of us. Our dog goes everywhere with us so this was a disappointment.

The location was very convenient. The Opera Garnier, and the Louvre were within walking distance; there were multiple metro stations nearby, and the neighborhood wasn't crowded or dangerous. The room was well-prepared. The hotel offered additional services to enhance the staying experience, which were executed perfectly. The breakfast was tasty, both the beverages and the food. Considering that the hotel doesn't have a dedicated restaurant, they did a very good job. The staff helped us with the orientation, and packed a nice breakfast for us when we checked out, since we had to leave really early in the morning.

The overall staying experience for us was amazing. There were certain hiccups, but they didn't ruin the stay by any means. Among those were the following: - It's necessary to pay a deposit upon arrival (it's returned to the guest) and the city tax on check-out. I didn't know it beforehand, so it came as a surprise - There is minor noise and vibrations, which are associated with the metro (I think). These are more noticeable on the lower floors. - The elevator can feel too small, and a bit slow, if there are a lot of guests

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and were fine speaking English. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location was almost second-to-none - I was very impressed. Quiet neighbourhood. Good value for the Tour de France weekend. I think I got a discount. Breakfast was a little over-priced for a fairly simple spread, but still nice.

Breakfast was a little expensive. Also, check-in is advertised from 2pm but some rooms were still not ready. Might be better to note check-in from 4pm so all are ready and if you arrive early you could be surprised.
