As a tourist, I liked the location the most. It was easy to get anywhere in Paris for sightseeing with public transportation. Some major sights were nearby too. For example, it was a nice walk along the Seine river to the Louvre, Orsay museum, Notre Dame, and Sainte Chapelle. I slept comfortably each night.

The only complaints I had, and they are relatively minor, are 1) appliance issues: the toilet would not flush with much flow, the toilet seat would not stay up on its own, the bathroom sink faucet was loose, and the shower is pretty small; and 2) the wifi network was not password protected (they gave me a password but it was not required to connect) which felt unsafe to me.

I absolutely love this place! I stayed for a week to be near the Louvre for work (about 10 mins away) and everything was spectacular - the staff are so friendly, the hotel is ambient and romantic, the location is perfect and the front-desk guy (Daoudi) makes the best coffee in the world! I had a good feeling while booking it and was not wrong - this place is a treat and I definitely recommend it. I even sat in the back garden working and had little pastries that they gave me while soaking in the Paris sunshine - it has magical vibes and the exact French ambience I was hoping for. I will absolutely be staying here again x

I liked absolutely everything. The property was so home and welcoming. This is my fifth time in Paris and I must say I will stay here from now on. Our plane was delayed and we arrived late to receive the most gracious welcome. The staff helped us in every way. The room was extremely clean!! The location is superb!! Look no further. I can't wait to go back and stay. The resurants nearby were all yummy!! Thank you to all the staff who met us and helped - definitely a 10 out of 10

Everything and everyone was top notch

Everything. The decor was lovely, and the room was very cozy. Not only was the receptionist friendly, but the whole atmosphere felt very homey. Located in a an ideal part of Paris with good restaurants and transport links everywhere. But overall the favourite part was the decor and prints in our room.

Unfortunately we weren’t too keen on the pillows/rolled up top situation as due to back pain, that put a lot of pressure on my neck and was hard to sleep at times. Would prefer if it wasn’t rolled up and normal pillows were used.

Great location, Notre Dame, Seine River, Louvre Museum, public transport and more places within a walking distance. Nice decoration, feels very traditional; it’s not a luxury hotel but gives that true Parisian experience. Clean and heated rooms; the shared bathroom was always clean and not awkward to use. The receptionist was exceptionally nice and kind, spoke in English to us and even offered to storage our luggage after the check out in case when wanted to keep exploring the city before leaving.

The shower has reduced space, I’m 5’3, 54 kg and felt like I fitted just about right so keep that in mind. There’s no place for storage in the room (closet or something like that). If looking for a room with balcony, take in consideration that garbage trucks pass by at 6:30-7 am and you can hear them loud and clear. When entering the building sometimes smells funny, but nothing serious. And booking had a price (including taxes and charges) but ended up paying additional €16 euro (I didn’t feel like arguing because I was tired so I didn’t ask why)

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the Seine and many top attractions. The room looked exactly like the pictures, so you can book with confidence. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, answering all our questions promptly. A nice place for a short stay!

Overall, the room was clean, though it could benefit from a deeper cleaning. The only drawback was that the bathroom felt a bit dark due to the lamp's placement. Additionally, the bathroom is not heated, and there is no available outlet to plug in a heating device.

The location of the hotel and the personal contact and kindliness of the staff is what brings me back to this hotel time and time again over the years. It has a family feel, despite the owner sadly having died a month ago. She has run the hotel for decades.The hotel is in a quiet little street, five minutes from the Pont Neuf, enabling access to the central attractions of Paris along the Seine, or St Germain.

While non of this bothers me, people should not come to this hotel expecting luxury. There are tatty elements, and there are steep stairs.

The staff and the location are amazing. Even though we arrived later than expected the young man at the desk insisted on carrying our two suitcases up 4 flights. We had booked a dinner cruise and we weren’t sure about the location, it ended up being just 4 blocks away! Along with a lot of walkable Paris attractions.

Climbing up 4flights! We knew that the place didn’t have an elevator, but actually having to walk up was difficult. Being such an old building, the walls and ceilings could use attention. But that sort of contributes to the unique building feel.

Great location! near notre dam & the louvre very accommodating & welcoming staff. (i requested a lower floor room because of my knees & back injuries & they responded quickly) the bed was comfortable, the room is clean & cleaned the room daily. Room 4 is perfect they have lovely little "secret garden"

i was a bit unlucky because the guests upstairs were really loud asf around 23:00/00:00 the shower in the room, the step is a little higher so be careful stepping out & not to slip

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel de Nestle. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were extremely helpful. The room was very clean, and they were very accommodating with the check-in and check-out times. The location was also fantastic—close to the Louvre and within walking distance of other attractions. All in all, a great stay.

The only downside was that the hotel was quite noisy. Fortunately, this is easily solved with a pair of earplugs. This wouldn’t be a reason for me not to stay at this hotel again.
