The staff was very nice to us at every moment. The room was very cozy and plenty of details from the management on our arrival that make you feel very welcome. There was a minibar with a bottle opener (is not always the case) and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean!

The bed size is a bit small (probably is the french standard); we are normal-size people and we were very close to each other, waking the other up at every movement, I guess plus-size guests might find it a bit uncomfortable to rest properly. Also, the bathroom was a bit hard to get used to it without a shower curtain, and we ended up showering sitting in the bathtub. 2 other things I would have liked to know: 1. the bedroom has almost unobstructed visibility to the bathroom, which takes a bit of privacy off (and there are no windows in the bathroom), 2. the walls are VERY thin. We could hear everything our neighbours did or said (in our case they were pretty educated and not too noisy, but you get the wrong neighbour and your stay can easily become a nightmare).

This is my 3rd time in Paris and this has to be my favourite hotel, it's stunning and tres chic. The design of my room and the hotel is eclectic and contemporary and loved every minute of my stay. Shani, Parfait and the lady serving breakfast are literally the best and have an amazing friendly charisma and did anything to make us feel welcome during our stay, I would absolutely come and stay here again. This hotel is dog friendly and it was delightful to bring him in and out with ease on the lift, by the end of the week our dog knew his way around the hotel! I loved the fact they put us on the 5th floor which was amazing and had the best city view directly outside and was amazing to wake up to that everyday, I also love that they give you a Hôtel du Temps tote bag (which is a great gesture and added touch, great branding and advertising technique!) excited to come back again very soon.

This is my first time travelling by car and we parked in the Indigo Paris Montholon (literally opposite the hotel right next to the square Montholon which was expensive but the hotel advised for us to park at partnership discounted rate car park near Rue d'Abbeville, it's not their fault about the traffic, but we made a mistake to change car parks as traffic was horrendous and we wasted nearly 4 hours after being told the car park was full, we then drove back to our original car park. That was the only thing but everything else was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the cute cat helping out in the lobby. Very cute place and my room had a nice view of the park across the way. I loved the old time feel of the building without it feeling too outdated. Location was perfect! Just a short walk from the train station and pretty central to a lot of other things to do and see.

I was in a single room, so I expected it to be small, but the shower stall was much smaller than I'd hoped. No matter what I did, there was no way to keep the water from leaking on to the bathroom floor. Design error and not on the hotel. For how tiny the room was (I know it was a single), I think the price was a bit hefty.

First of all, the property was so pretty! The room was small, but very cozy and the location was perfect. (If you are very tall, some beds might be too small for you :P).The hotel is located in between 2 Metro stations, "Poissonnière" is 2 mins away and "Cadet" 4. The Gare du Nord is 10 mins away by foot and Metro the same. So - perfect! Then the neighbourhood was amazing too. Not far away from Montmartre either! We had to pay for breakfast, if we wanted to have it in the hotel, but it was no too expensive and tasty. The staff was kind and caring too. All in all - we loved it and are looking forward to coming back. <3

It felt so welcoming the second you step into the hotel! The staff were amazing and so kind! The rooms were big enough because when you travel to Paris you’re mostly out! They have the line 7 of the metro really close by and amazing restaurants 5 minutes from there! They helped storing my luggage after checking out! And that’s so convenient if you have more things planned before your returning flight! I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Nice quirky hotel. Breakfast was good, room clean and good size, nice bathroom products.. Hotel has a small bar too. Staff was great, especially night manager Parfait was amazing. Super friendly, had some great conversations with him during our stay! Very good location for the train station and center too.

Bed and pillows not too comfy for me and my back problems, but thats very subjective i guess, my friend was fine with it (i found it too soft). Also not really a dislike, but bathroom/wc wall was almost all glass which we found quite weird!

Excellent location and super helpful staff.

The bed was on the small side for my tall friend, whose feet stuck out.

The location was convenient, they served a really wholesome delicious breakfast, and the staff were kind and helpful.

There were a few things not working in the standard room i got. Tv not working. Shower in bathroom could not be turned on no matter how hard i tried. Bathroom was too dark only 1 light in the ceiling. The staff helped and let me use the bathroom in the next room so all was good.

Great location especially for Gare du Nord/Eurostar. Rooms and decor have lots of charm and character. Helpful/friends staff - reception resolved an issue at check-in very quickly which was much appreciated

Some interiors/features are a little more worn than the pictures show but still in decent condition It can’t be helped but walls are fairly thin so can be noisy if you have loud neighbours

Although the room was quite small ( typical in Paris), it was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Beautiful fluffy towels too. Very friendly and helpful staff and the location is perfect. A short walk from Gare du nord station, 2 metro stations close by and a bus that goes right to the Louvre, Opera and Saint Germaine.
