The hotel is located in a perfect spot. The street is quiet and accessible to three metro stations. The staff were amazing. They went out of their way to be helpful and made sure that we were comfortable and happy. The breakfast was freshly made each morning. The coffee delicious and everything served on real dishes - no paper plates. The rooms were small but we did not mind. The opportunity to stay in an old building in the 16th arrondisimante of Paris - just steps away from beautiful Eiffel Tower views was perfect.

I really cannot think of anything I would change. If you are looking for a small boutique hotel, this one's for you!

A charming boutique hotel with a cozy atmosphere in the heart of Paris. From the front desk to the kitchen staff, everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and personal. The breakfast was delightful—while not large, it offered a little bit of everything, perfectly curated for a relaxed start to the day. A lovely, comfortable base for exploring the city.

The glass door in the bathroom only covers half the bathtub, which leads to some water splashing onto the bathroom floor. A simple curtain or a full door would make a big difference.

Wow what a hotel! small size made it lovely and quiet. Staff at reception were so delightful! (Staff at breakfast and in accommodations were also so nice!!) Breakfast was fabulous, much more comprehensive than I would’ve thought for a Paris hotel! Very wholesome vibes all around felt very relaxed throughout the stay. For the room it was your standard hotel room lovely large windows and perfect aircon!! Location is perfect as metro is a few minutes walk away and not too far of a walk for beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. Grocery store across the street very handy. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better it made the trip that more memorable thank you!!

We were met with a smile and got early check-in so that we could drop off our bags and start exploring Paris. The location of this hotel is really good - many nearby restaurants and walking distance to Arc de Triumph and the Eiffel Tower - we even walked to Louvre. Beds are good and though the breakfast is not phenomenal, it contains what it should, fresh and in a cozy environment. Could everything be better ? Of course it could - but this place is serious value for the price we paid.

There was some noise from people in the corridor - but it was manageable. Rooms are small and authentic ;o) - but hey, this is Paris and you are not here is be in the room.

we had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our visit to Paris. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. What stood out the most, however, was the staff. They were exceptionally responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any request or question. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly enhanced my experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paris

Location was great - very near Trocadero and Effiel Tower. The man at reception was really friendly and let us check in early. Bed was big and comfy. Breakfast was decent - hot chocolate was amazing! Good choice of meats, cheese and lovely bread.

Our room was on the ground floor so very noisy as we could hear the front door opening. It was also hot - at this time of year they don’t have air con and we couldn’t have the window open as we were right on the road. The bathroom wasn’t big enough to swing a cat! My husband had to sit sideways on the toilet due to lack of space.

We had an amazing stay! It’s a small hotel, like so many Parisian stays, yet all the staff was super attentive, the cleaning impeccable and - for me a distinction - the bed lining and bath towels were WELL above what’s expected of a three star hotel. Actually in the same trip I stayed in five star hotels in other cities where the towels were not as good. Very good location if you want to be near Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. I’ll definitely would stay there again.

Room was comfortable,breakfast was great,fruit cereal yogurt breads cooked food tea coffee juices,all you could need Staff were really good and spoke English too,they were very helpful especially the man who was there most days and checked us in;also the breakfast and cleaning staff

Exactly what I needed - quiet and cozy basic hotel in a great location. You are within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and many famous monuments. Clean and very quiet room, comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Good, balanced breakfast.

Just be aware that the rooms are basic, just with a bed, a small table and a chair (and private bathroom)

Location was excellent. 5 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and it felt like a safe area. Some lovely restaurants nearby. The hotel had a fun style, quite retro. Staff were kind and friendly and breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and a good size.

Could have done with some extras in the room such a coffee machine, kettle etc. Breakfast didn't have a large choice, no toaster etc.
