The room was spacious and the reception staff were really welcoming and helpful.

For a 4 star place, I think the toiletries could have been better (such as offering shampoo and conditioner), and there could have been more welcoming extras such as free water in the room, and perhaps a complimentary drinks and snack area in reception.

I enjoy the modernized atmosphere of the hotel, the staff, the quality of the restroom amenities, and the convenient access to various streets.

Overall, it felt like the hotel experience was confined to the size of the room alone. I prefer hotels that strive to make me feel valued and are more focused on enhancing the guest experience (water, a good cofee maker, etc). I still want to feel like a guest and not just a paying customer.

Really nice rooms and hotel. Was clean and decent location. About a 10 min walk from the main subway line. Had tea and coffee in the room too.

I found it weird that we were only given 1 water bottle in the room for the whole time we were there - 6 nights and were two people. Only had cups in the room for tap water.

The location was great … near Notre Dame and the Seine. Louvre also short distance away and subway just a couple of minutes. The decor of hotel was very nice. Room size , bed and amenities were nice and Nice breakfast too.

The trash in the bathroom had not been emptied. Room temperature was not entirely adjustable .. couldn’t go below 22 degrees Celsius.

The staff, condition of the property, and overall cleanliness of the hotel are impeccable. The rooms are exceptionally well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and everything functions perfectly. The front desk team is remarkably friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The breakfast experience in the charming "cave" setting is outstanding, with excellent coffee, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere that sets a positive tone for the day. The hotel’s Wi-Fi was flawless—a refreshing contrast to some other major chains (yes, Marriott, I’m looking at you). The location is superb, just one or two blocks from four major boulevards (St. Germain, St. Michel, St. Jacques, and Rue de l'École), making it ideal for exploring Paris. The neighborhood feels very safe, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. When I return to Paris, this hotel will undoubtedly be my benchmark for quality and hospitality.

While the hotel is impressive in many ways, the rooms are notably small for the price, even by New York City standards. Accommodating our luggage—two large suitcases, two cabin-sized bags, and two laptop backpacks—required creative solutions due to the limited space. This constraint seems to stem from the hotel being a renovated older building, which, while charming, results in compact rooms that may not suit travelers needing more space. TV is only french tv, without smart-TV apps or streaming capabilities.

Beautiful flower-inspired wallpaper decor and lighting, comfy beds, modern and chic hotel in an ideal location near Cite, close to transport links and tourist attraction. Kind and helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable. Delicious breakfast spread. Option to leave your luggage in lobby. Everything looks new and functions well. Very quiet too despite being walking distance to bars and nightclubs. I highly recommend especially if it's your first time in Paris. I will definitely come back a second time for my next trip to Paris

Slightly on the pricier side, having to leave room key at front desk when leaving the hotel (I suspect this is due to rampant Paris pickpocketing). Lift is quite a small size. Breakfast options are quite limited/french style rather than continental.

A five minute walk to several Metro stops, and surrounded by excellent restaurtants, historical sites, and stores, the location is fantastic. We loved staying in the Latin Quarter, being a 5 minute walk to Notre Dame, and a 25 minute walk to the Louvre. Our room was adorable, and had everything we needed. The bedding was really comfy, we slept great. The room is small, but completely fine for two people. We opted for a king bed, so that takes up more room too. The bathroom is also compact, as is the shower. But nothing about the scale of the room or bathroom was annoying. The staff was so friendly, helpful and kind! The breakfast was a fantastic buffet of fresh pastries, baguettes, yogurt parfaits, fresh salmon and cheeses-really wonderful. Highly recommend this charming, boutique hotel!

Staff was higjly professional and attentive, with the good will to asisst the guest n any way possible: from the early email exchange during the preparation of the visit, to the farewell. Breakfast was fabulous, with a great variety of options, including wonderful fresh pastries every morning. It was served in a nicely decorated and very charming basement space. Great coffee machine.

If there is anything you do not like, staff will do their best to thelp. We suggest to opt for a larger room if feasible, and to check with the staff whati is the size of the bed and if some reconstruction might be happening during your stay. Also, we suggest that additional plates and utensils are available for the guests during breakfast.

Very nice lobby and breakfast rooms, nicely designed and plants and fresh flowers were abundant. The rooms are very clean, the whole hotel felt clean. There are only 2 rooms per floor so you have no neighbors next to you and we heard nothing from the floor above us. The hotel is in a great location as well. Also the staff were very nice and helpful. There was one graying haired gentleman working the reception (I didn't get his name unfortunately) he was just so sociable, happy and kind. My daughter and I just loved his energy.

The rooms are pretty small. We had twin beds and there wasn't much space around them but this is Paris so it's normal. I felt super comfortable in the room although sometimes maneuvering around our suitcases and bags. I would go back though in a minute as it was so clean and comfortable.

This is a nicely decorated hotel at one of the best locations possible in Paris: in the midst of the Latin quarter, on a quite street. Literally, few meters walk to all the bars and cafes, Notre Dame, metro stations to everywhere you need to go in Paris, and the RER B line to the air-port is just 7 min walk, The staff were so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back again.
