It was our last honeymoon city and the hotel that really personalized the stay for the occasion in question. We were offered champagne that we could choose whenever we wanted to drink. Plus they did a free room upgrade. It was really very nice and the staff were always very friendly. The hotel is in a central area of ​​Paris, close to Saint Germain and Saint Michel. It is decorated based on the champagne theme. The room was spacious, had a beautiful view of the rooftops of Paris and Notre Dame. The bed was very comfortable, we had a bathtub in the room and everything was clean and beautiful. We didn't try the breakfast or other things at the hotel.

It's not a cheap hotel but it's very central and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to try to help us book tickets for Le Musee du Louvre and recommended a wonderful restaurant nearby. We were given an upgrade on our room which was a bonus, the Hotel has a champagne theme and our room was no exception which was fun and there is a lot of attention to detail with the decor. Breakfast was a self service buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold options including traditional continental, croissants, cereals, sausage egg and hash browns. This hotel is in a great location easy walking distance to NotreDame, Pantheon and the River and close to a Metro station although we walked everywhere.

The hotel was very comfortable, it exceeded my expectations. Although the room was very small (single business) it had everything I needed for a short stay. Very comfortable bed, soft pillows and linen, comfortable (but small) bathroom with nice body lotion that smelled amazing, good soap and hair conditioner, slippers, hairdryer. Very friendly staff, you can leave your luggage there .I did not have breakfast but it looked like a small buffet with some basic things like bread, jams, cheese, ham, tomatoes, yogurt, muesli, so all you need for a small first meal. The coffee was very good. Nice design and in the middle of very calm district close to everything and with plenty of restaurants. Very good value for money.

If anything, it would be nice also to have a possibility to make a tea in the room, not just coffee, but I understand a very limited space in the room.

The hotel is very cute and cozy, in a fantastic location in Paris with great metro and RER links to both Eurostar and CDG. Overall I couldn’t recommend this more, as it was an excellent base to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and kind, and gave us good recommendations for things to do in Paris nearby.

There were a couple of things that could have been a little better, but didn’t impact the holiday at all. The cards to access the room randomly got deactivated during our stay, but this was easily rectified by the nice staff. I also thought the city tax was quite high but I imagine the hotel is not in control of this.

Perfect location and lovely staff. Incredibly helpful. We were able to leave our bags prior to checking in and after checking out so we could explore the city for the rest of the day. The hotel was very easy to get to. There were metro stations close by which meant you could get around very easily. The café/bakery on the corner - Maison Forest was a perfect little spot with friendly staff.

The way the shower glass was situated meant that you got water all over the floor which could've been a slip hazard. Our room came with a coffee machine but no coffee mugs. I also didn't like the pre check in/out forms you had to fill in.

The location and the theme of the hotel is really nice - a short walk from Notre Dame in a nice part of town. The front desk are extremely friendly - although I arrived before check in time, they were happy to store my bags for me and even took them up to the room ready for my return. The room was small - it would have been a challenge with two people, but it was just enough for what I needed for a few days. The beds are extremely comfortable and the shower clean and spacious. There was also a fantastic balcony to sit out on in the morning.

There really isn't anything else that I didn't like, it's a nice hotel and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay to Paris.

It was a great location, only 5 minutes from Notre Dame and across the Seine to other parts of Paris. There are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing an upgrade and champagne for my birthday. The decor was really funky and different to normal hotels.

There could have been some more options for breakfast, and towards the end of the session (11 am), it wasn't replenished. The spa has no jacuzzi, only a steam room and sauna, so not really a spa.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded from our original standard room to the Nicholson suite I believe it’s called. The young girls on reception (one who was a new starter of 5 days) were very helpful and quick with checking in. It was very sweet of them, and the room was amazing we were very happy.

The only downside I would say was there was no refrigerator. This would’ve been very helpful, as we couldn’t keep milk for coffees, or ham and cheese to make sandwiches before a day out in Paris where we’d be out all day. Also it would’ve been nice to keep our waters cool.

The room was small but had everything we needed, including a coffee maker. Bathroom was god, excellent shower. Good lift and staff at the desk were great. Decor theme is "champagne" and worked well. We did try their own champagne and it was excellent. Location was very good, 10 minutes walk from Notre Dame and a great little restaurant across the road. Didn't use their breakfast facility.

Bigger lift - couldn't get our group of 4 in it!

Would go back in a heartbeat! We were so well looked after & the hotel were able to let us in early, as my husband was really ill this was a lifesaver. Everything was as expected, if not better, which is always a relief. Staff were helpful throughout our stay & assisted with taxis. The decor was great & really followed the bubbles theme throughout. Lovely shower/toiletries/towels etc. Good location for the city, nearby bars & restaurants, easy to access Metro & relatively quiet & safe neighbourhood.

Only issue for me is storage, there is a fun theme with champagne cork shape side tables, but I am afraid these are very impractical with a small diameter of space on top to put your things. The area they're in would be better used to have normal side tables with a lot more drawers. They could put shelves in the corners for extra space too. As no area for getting ready most of my stuff had to be kept on the floor which is a shame.
