Good location, walking distance to train station and public transit. Clean guest room and reasonably good size.

Some attention needed for the drainage in the shower

Very easy to check in, good communication with front desk staff, and they were very kind and helpful. Close to Gare Du Nord station so easy to get to/ from airport if taking the train. Beautiful room as pictured and bed is comfortable. Street was loud and busy (as expected for Paris) but windows had good sound proofing so slept through the night no issues on 5th floor. Great location close to major attractions also, walking distance if you are not in a rush (~1.25 hour to Eiffle tower with some stops to appreciate the view along the way). Front desk staff also very helpful giving suggestions, and they booked our taxi to the airport for us which we really appreciate. Great view from the windows too!

Bathroom is quite small, enough room to shower/ get dressed but I would suggest leaving your clothing outside the bathroom as you shower, to avoid getting them wet as the shower can splash a little. But given the smaller rooms, I think this size of bathroom is fine, and to be expected. Not a major downside at all, and this would not stop me from staying here again.

The property is very clean with parquet, we appreciated so much the loveliness, kindness and warm welcome from receptionist( both morning and late arrival). The hotel offers free of charge: water, tea coffee and some small croissant/ pain au chocolat which i find very lovely and thoughtful. The bathroom is very clean, easy to use, the system of air co works very well! the bed is quite comfortable to sleep! the hotel offers as well a hall (relaxing hall) with sofa for tourists to take a break! and offers also service to keep ur luggages! Very professional. We highly recommend and would love to come back in the near future

Only small light from the front night shop in the street which in somehow cause a bit difficult to fall in sleep ;) and some noise from above - floor neighbours but totally unpredictable and we can not avoid it . Otherwise we love our choice of hotel and therefore our stays were with great satisfaction

Great little hotel, and location. Roughly a 10 min walk from Gare du Nord so ideal if you’re coming to Paris via Eurostar. It is also close to various transport links so easy to get around. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, room clean and nicely decorated. Loved the free coffee, tea, and lil nibbles at reception - thought that was a nice touch. We didn’t have breakfast as we only stayed 2 nights and the 2nd morning we had to leave super early so felt paying 12 Euros per person wouldn’t be worth it. If we were staying longer then definitely would have opted for breakfast. All in all a great stay, and would definitely stay again.

Not sure, but it felt like we had a room with a very low ceiling. Maybe because we were on the 5th floor. There was like a little slope thing on the right and my daughter forgot one time and hit her head standing up. I also bumped my head on the tv walking to the bathroom at night lol. Not the hotel’s fault though, I guess it’s just the design of the building. Just avoid this room if you’re a tall person. Also, there wasn’t much space/storage to leave toiletries in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower was a little low. But other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

The location is very handy if arriving or departing from London or other European cities, as both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are within easy walking distance. The 12 Euro breakfast turned out to be very good value; and with both hot and cold options on offer, it fuelled me well for a day of walking around this great city. While Paris is obviously a big busy city, the hotel itself is off the main road and the street outside sees little car or truck traffic.

Nothing worth mentioning from my own experience. But, if you have mobility issues, then be aware of the lack of an elevator or lift; which is not unique to this Parisian hotel.

Big room - they gave me a free upgrade on arrival, thank you! Good triple glazing, so it was quiet in the room. Mostly I liked the aesthetics of the room, with lovely colour scheme and decoration. I liked the fact breakfast was included even though I chose the lowest price option. Also it was a very convenient location for both Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord.

The breakfast buffet was not well-stocked after 9am - mind you, the receptionist had warned me it was better to have breakfast before 9am, but not for that reason. He had said it was because it got busy between 9 and 10.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel offered plenty of facilities, including complimentary water, coffee, tea, and delicious cakes that were a delightful touch. The location was perfect, conveniently close to the different metro lines, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, it is a fantastic experience with great comfort and amenities.

A few breakfast items weren’t refilled promptly, which could have been better managed. However, this didn’t take away from the overall great experience

The staff had been friendly throughout our stay until the morning we checked out. A female member of staff that we hadn’t had contact with before was extremely rude and condescending. This spoiled my view of our stay and I must say I would perhaps consider not booking there again as a result of this encounter. Until then our stay had been very pleasant though.

Great location, quiet little outdoor area available to share, very pleasant staff. I like the eco friendly initiative of re-using towels by choice, and the coffee and nibbles free to guests in the foyer. We appreciated the air conditioning as the weather was hot.

It is a very small lift but that is better than no lift at all, especially as we were on the 5th (top) floor. The room is small but adequate, but no storage shelves or spaces in the bathroom.

The property was close to the train station, restaurants and walking distance to many areas within the city. It was spacious, clean and comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and offered many amenities.

There was a lot of construction going on that made it a little crowded in the common areas. The elevators are very small.
