I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel offered plenty of facilities, including complimentary water, coffee, tea, and delicious cakes that were a delightful touch. The location was perfect, conveniently close to the different metro lines, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, it is a fantastic experience with great comfort and amenities.

A few breakfast items weren’t refilled promptly, which could have been better managed. However, this didn’t take away from the overall great experience

good location, near subway station of Gare de l'Est, easy to reach all attractions in Paris. Good Breakfast, room clean, bed comfort, staff very friendly.

At the first day we had a room on the top floor, there is no shower but only a bath tub, because the roof is inclined, the second day we have asked to change the room, the manager was very friendly and changed a room on 3rd floor fro us, the room is very nice, spacious, with very good shower.

Breakfast area could’ve been more organised and restocked faster had to keep asking for basics like plates and knives , cups etc Tables not cleared fast so was sitting on tables not re laid or wiped Only bacon on one day non after that Serving spoons could have been kept cleaner or needed serving tongs Shower not hot enough on couple of days but luckily it was warm day anyway

Very nice hotel close to the Nord and Est train stations. Staff are very friendly and breakfast is nice with a good selection. The room was well equipped and a good size, with all the furniture new and in good state. Location is ideal when arriving or leaving by train from Nord or Est, and easy access to metro and other public transport.

The hotel is clearly still in the process of being renovated. The renovated parts are very nice but the room clearly still needed some renovation, with cracks on walls and on the edges of floors.

Wonderful friendly staff, elevator present (with some stairs on each floor), decent breakfast bar and staff are always there to help with anything, easy check-in, centrally located and 5 mins walk from the metro and train stations.

Bathroom shower has no shower curtain so the water falls outside the shower area, no rack/hooks to hang towel near the basin, also room gets overheated up due to lack of ventilation at night.

Honestly location and 10000000% the staff, they were great and so helpful and made you feel welcome. Thanks Team

The building and the rooms need some love, you can see that some areas are run down, some of the corners of the bathroom needs filling and just needs fixing, the radiator wasn’t that hot and the electrical sockets weren’t working near the bed

For us this was a perfect place to stop for one night when travelling. The bed was comfy, shower was powerful, room was cool and clean. Really liked the area the hotel was in near to loads of great bars and food places and transport links. The staff were really friendly and loved the bonus of the ice machine in reception. The decor is a little dated and the lift is a bit tiny but this kind of added to the charm! Would definitely stay again for the price we paid it was really good value.

This is a lovely hotel. Despite being in what was obviously a scrubby old building, they have actually managed to make it very decent. The staff is incredibly accomodating and friendly and we felt very safe in the hotel. On our last day we were hit by the strikes going on in France, and the staff went out of their way to try to get us to the airport in time (success). We very much appreciated how attentive they always were - also to other guest and we would definately come back. Also the hotel is very close to a Metro station which makes it so easy to get around.

Sufficient staffing seemed to be a bit of a problem and a couple of mornings the breakfast room was very crowded and the buffet ran empty. But we also saw the problem being dealt with in a professional manner so not worth shouting over.

Personal was very friendly and helpful, guy on reception helped me with everything i wanted to know and was very kind. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Hotel is located near train station and metro so it was easy to go everywhere. They also let us use their luggage room after we checked-out since we were leaving Paris 8 hours later. Would consider booking again on my next visit to Paris.

Very close to Gate du Nord and other stations, so easy to get there and explore Paris. Lovely breakfast buffet, with lots of options. Nice to have tea, coffee and sweets available at all times in the lobby.

Sink leaked a bit, shower head was placed awkwardly (hard to use it) and toilet seat was wonky. The bathrooms were clearly newly refurbished but without attention to the final details.
