This small hotel is quiet and cosy. It is located close to the Metro-1 and -7 and to the Palais Royal, Comedie Francaise, Louvre and Tuileries, including a lively Christmas market at this time of the year. All aspects of the business were transacted efficiently and the staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. I wanted to work on my French and the staff were patient in supporting this.

I would have liked a little more space in my room but the hotel is small and it is hard to see how this could be solved. The breakfast room was undergoing renovation during my stay. I expect that it will conform to the generally high design standards and finish evident elsewhere in the hotel.

very good location. Small, decent and clean hotel. Very close cafes for breakfast and many asian restaurants very close by. Quiet neighbourhood and close access to the metro station. Very good base for a short walk to the Louvre (5 minutes) and the D'Orsey (10 minutes). The Opera and shoppoing galleries also accesible by walk 10 - 15 mintues.

The hotel informed in advance about repair works to their lift. The hotel offered assistance with the luggage but going up around the round and narrow flight of stairs was a bit of a nuisance. On top of that when we asked one night for the children to use the dining area for delivered pizzas, instead of carrying them up to high floors by the stairs, the receptionst said no and did not want to listen saying this was an order by the manager! I am sure with a bit of a common sense he could helped.

The highlight of this hotel is the central location and the hotel staff who were all very kind. Breakfast was delicious (a small buffet) complete with many fresh fruits and bread options. Even while being nestled in the heart of Paris it has very spacious rooms. The space given is used very efficiently, and the decor is quaint.

The elevator was quite small, and there wasn't much space to maneuver in the hallway to the room but once you're inside your room there's much more space.

The location is wonderful. Just far enough from the busy areas to feel intimate. I love the small size of the property. The Nespresso machine with pods and delicious tea along with stocked mini fridge are particularly nice touches. The beds were comfortable. It’s a small room in comparison to American hotel rooms, but we were prepared for the size. We didn’t spend much time in the room so the size was fine for my daughter and I. I would also like to mention on our checkout day the trains to CDG airport were severely delayed. Staff called a car service for us and they showed in about 10 minutes. It saved our arrival to the airport and made for a lovely experience to have the gentleman at the front desk be so helpful.

My complaints are short: The fire alarm went off at 2:30 am during our stay I and a few other guests ran downstairs to find that something had been burned in the kitchen. Our sleep was disrupted and the adrenaline caused us to lose sleep so we lost part of a sightseeing day due to that. Also the doors are keyless, don’t have a doorknob and sometimes it would not close and we would have to let the door swing shut 3 or 4 times until we could get it to latch.

We loved the location of the hotel. Very close to the Louvre. Many restaurants around. Everyone at the hotel was great. The staff was very helpful, and always with a smile. The breakfast was included and perfect. I loved the food options. Loved the variety of coffees and the super coffee machine. The room was big and comfortable. Very clean room. Great big windows with street view. The room always with water and coffee.

The only thing that I did not like is the fact that the bathroom door has a glass. So when someone turns on the light in the bathroom the light bothers others in the room. We shared the room with our two teens so this was an issue. It will be great if you change the door or put something like a roller to pull down at night. Also it will be perfect to have more hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. We were 4 and there were not enough hooks for the towels.

Stephan and team made our stay amazing and memorable! They were very helpful with our questions and requests, and offered great suggestions. The place is also very conveniently located close to the metro stop and is a very short walk away from the Louvre. There are many good food spots nearby and the area didn’t get overly crowded

The elevator is on the smaller side so if you have big luggage and traveling as a couple or group, it might take multiple rides up.

The location could not have been better for what we wanted; great places to eat on the same street, Louvre around the corner and also the Seine. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even upgrading us to the suite for our 10 year anniversary. The room was amazing and had a balcony which was great for sights and sounds at all times. My wife wants to use the reception area’s colour scheme and decor for our living room. We will definitely be staying here whenever we are next in Paris.

Nothing in particular. I would only be nitpicking if I had anything negative to say.

The LP is perfectly located if you want to be near the Louvre area. All the major sights are within walking distance or short metro ride. Our rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable and with excellent bathroom and shower pressure. The front desk manager Emad couldn't have been more gracious. He took cared our pre-arrival requests of bed types and made sure our two rooms were next to each other for our family.. and upgraded our rooms. He also made sure we had our airport transportation taken care since we were departing on a Sunday. We were always greeted warmly whenever we passed by the lobby. All the staff were nice and hotel provided filter water and extra towels daily as we requested. We would highly recommend the LP to anyone that's seeking an upscale boutique hotel with all the modern comfort and fantastic location for their first visit to Paris.

Nothing.

The breakfast was great! The location is wonderful! The staff is nice and helpful. We get a decent size of the room and bathroom for an European hotel. The bed is comfortable to sleep.

However, the filtered water in the room tastes funny and there is no restroom can be used outside of your hotel room, which makes it inconvenient when we came back to pick up the luggage after checking out. The price for this small 4 star hotel is more than the average for sure.

Location, cleanliness And All Of The Staff Were Friendly.

Not So Comfortable And You Can’t Lock The Door From The Inside Also I Had Few Bad Incidents, One Time I Put (Please Don’t Disturb) Sign Outside My Room And Still A House Keeping Women Got Into My Room While I Was Sleeping And As Soon I Woke Up And Saw Her She Quickly Got Out. The Other Bad Thing Happened I Ask A Portages Reception Guy To Help Me Print Some Documents And He Replied (Sir I’m Not Your Secretary) Although I Asked Very Nicely And Politely So I Asked Emad The Egyptian Man And He Helped Me With Everything (Thank You Emad) By The Way There Is An Old African Man I Always Call Him My Friend He Was Super Nice And Very Friendly.
