Location, the neighborhood is in an excellent location, just next door to a restaurant, close by the metro and has lots of stores also nearby. The staff was extremely friendly, the front desk spoke at least 4 languages, nice touch.

During our stay the hotel seems to have problems with its key cards and systems. Also the AC seem not to be working in several floors, so the managed to get some portable Ac’s only drawback was it need the window to be always open.

There is a man from Banglades at the reception. He is so nice and helpful. Hotel manager , too. Generally personel was so nice. Since it was my birthday, they gave me a higher segment room and a gift. The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is very close to metro stations and historical places. There was a breakfast buffet (19 eur). We take it because there was so many delicious option. Our room was so comfortable, clean and wide. Generally we liked it. If we'll visit to Paris, we'll choise this hotel again. Thanks for everything.

Nothing, generally we liked it. Maybe, There could be more food options for Muslims. We are not eating pork. You can have beef products for breakfast.

Hotel staff was beyond friendly and helpful with all of our needs and questions. They were eager to call us cabs and make reservations for us. There was always access to water which was really nice! Rooms were super well decorated and boutique style! The LOCATION... perfect, I couldn't have asked for a more central perfect location to everything. You could walk everywhere! Highly recommend this hotel! I would stay again for sure!

The shower was a little small but not terrible! The shower itself had great water pressure and came with good shampoo and body wash. I didn't really have complaints about this place, you must stay its a hidden gem!

The Hotel is in an awesome position near the Opera, by foot you could reach most of the attraction in the north-east side of the city, and the were two metro stations nearby (5 min max by foot). The staff was super friendly, they allow to leave them the baggages if needed. I stayed there for 2 night during the weekend, and when we arrived we were offered an upgrade to a superior room free of charge, since it was available, and it was an awesome. The room was huge, clean and had a nice view on a nice street of the city. Even tho we were close to the street it was not noisy at all (consider that it was not a body period of the year, and the ratio of electric cars to gasoline ones is really high). Overall it was a super nice experience, would definitely come back here, the price is not that low but for a stay of few days it is definitely worth it. Would recommend.

The only thing that I would note is that the breakfast is kind of expensive, they used us around 20€ a person for each day, which is a lot. I did not see or experience it, but I think even if it was the best breakfast in the world it would be better to just look for a bar/cafe around the city for breakfast.

The location was excellent. Near transport hubs. We used both train and buses. Easy to get to and from the airport even though it was about 90 mins journey for us. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed.

Has to hunt around for wifi password. It was already provided so my mistake. Would have helped if the front desk staff had pointed it out at the time of check in.

From the moment we entered the hotel, Majedur and Maria greeted us with exceptional warmth and hospitality. Their genuine smiles and friendly demeanor made us feel immediately welcome. Additionally, they offered us a discount on the upgrade. The hotel itself is incredibly cozy and well maintained. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable and really enhanced our overall experience. We felt comfortable and at ease throughout our three-day stay, allowing us to fully enjoy our mini-vacation.

Everything was fine

We loved the location, just a few minutes walking to Place Vendôme, Madelaine, etc. The staff was lovely and the facilities were good. Our room was lovely in the last floor of the building and it was very spacious.

Despite our room was very nice, the shower was a bit uncomfortable because because of the attic roof. Everything else was perfect!

The room and bathroom were both updated and had a very nice aesthetic. Good location, walking distance to many things and close to local transportation.

Wasn't crazy about the size of the room and bathroom, both were kinda small. We also couldn't get any English channels on the TV. The hotel aesthetic didn't quite match the rooms (which was a good thing). The hotel hallways didn't seem to be kept up that well, but no problems in the hotel room itself.

Great location. Flexible with adding extra nights. Breakfast included. Clean. Water pressure. Comfortable beds. Free wifi. Friendly staff. Air con worked well. Free core and water machine downstairs saves money. Double glazing on the windows.

The subway noise is a minor intrusion although higher floors less noticeable. Nothing can be done about this as it is a subway and its location is fixed.

we liked that the hotel accommodated our family with two rooms that were close to each other in a separately enclosed section on the floor. Our teenagers and my husband and I felt comfortable with the easy proximity to each other. Also the hotel staff was kind enough to offer and provide a movable air conditioner as the rooms did not have installed air-conditioning. They did this proactively although we had not complained or anything. It made the nights much more comfortable with the cooling.
