A pleasant enough 3☆ hotel, in reasonable area at a fair price. Lopes (On front desk) redeemed Ibis by agreeing a room transfer to a lower floor after the lift fiasco.

Got stuck in the lift for 20mins, on my own, on the 8th floor, in the middle of the day, just after arrival due to a power cut. Large tour & school groups are well catered for in separate dining room.

Had breakfast only once. Ample choices. If you like to eat a big breakfast, it is worth it. Had to request a change of room. Their tub was too high for someone who is 5'0 to hop in. Not handle bars or anything to grip on to. I actually slipped thus requested a change. We were readily given a room with a shower stall instead. Thanks goodness one was available. Wonder how many of those tall tubs they have.

Those tubs are really a safety hazard.

It was clean and comfortable, easy with family. The rooms were reasonably good size. Facilities were great and location was excellent- very close to metro lines and supermarkets and cafes close by, all in walking distance. Next to a lovely park.

The access to the main entrance is the only problem with this accommodation. It was difficult to find and the signs could be improved but otherwise it was great accommodation.

The location of the hotel is quite good. In a middle-class neighborhood, close to metro stops. Needs such as grocery or food can be met from the environment. It is especially easy to reach the nearby metro station from the airport. This is a great advantage. My wife and I did not have breakfast because there was no vegan alternative, but I know from my previous experiences that it has an open buffet and a comfortable lounge. I was pleased with the communication. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever you need something.

On the other hand, unfortunately, the room was very, very narrow and it was very difficult to move forward in the room, put the suitcase or even open and close the toilet door. The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was that the room was very small. Unfortunately, even though we stayed at that hotel for more than 15 days, they first asked us for a deposit of 5+0 EUR. When leaving, they checked the room and returned it. It's not a nice attitude.

ideal location for metro, trains buses to tour paris, breakfast basic but adequate clean and pleasant staff

room was small but managable the bathroom was tiny and as a bigger lady (mainly boobs) I had to stand in the shower to manover around the door to use the toilet. My partner is tall but I would not say over weight and struggled to get around too . it stated air conditioning but it did not work so had to have window open, not sure if was due to the configuration of surrounding buildings but was very noisy at night with window open we were on 8th floor but through the night there were people talking and arriving all night and it sounded like they were right outside the window. tv on shelf stand fixed to floor in front of clothing hanging area but you could not use as could not access due to size of space given to reach in and the height of the hangers put tv on wall get rid of the stand

We travelled to Paris to watch the Olympic Games. The cost was fair compared to other properties and the location was great. The Hotel has parking too which is a bonus. Staff were friendly, the facilities were clean and modern. The room was a twin and it was quite small with an odd layout, No view however that didnt matter, we were there to enjoy the city. The choice at Breakfast was very good too. Also a short distance from the metro.

Comfortable rooms and beds, tasty breakfast, good location.

Difficult to find an entrance to the hotel because it’s in the yard and there are no signs. WARNING: if you need urgent Booking.com help with any property, be aware that the Booking help message chat will send you an auto-reply that they will get back to you within 24 hours. There is no real and urgent Booking help by messages chat. Calling to Booking.com helpline can cost you very expensive (if it is an EU call to the UK) and they don't cover these expenses. And when you stay on the street because of Booking responsibility, they don’t provide another apartment. That’s reality. So never trust that in such situations you will get help from Booking.com.

The hotel was very nice. Underground parking, even at Euro 20 per day was still very good in Paris. The little one, 11, had her own bed and space which was super. The location was fantastic with the metro and train/tram just a 4 minute walk. We did not take up the breakfast option for the 3 nights we stayed and there were plenty of places to eat and for the most important morning coffee. The room was super quiet so we were able to sleep till 9.30am without a problem. The temperature in the room was just right and was cleaned everyday so was really good service. There was a bar as well as a couple of restaurants downstairs. The staff were very nice and helpful. We did not need to trouble them for anything. Location, room size, comfort, facilities bar the coffee were all good so five stars!

Only one thing that comes to mind that there was no kettle, tea or coffee facilities in the room so I had to wake up to go visit the local bakery for REALLY nice coffee, which was still ok. I would have liked to have any kind of coffee in the room just to get us up and then still go get REALLY nice coffee ! If they ever need to be super good I think they should just get the small kettle and provide normal coffee or tea ! As I said before it was indoor parking which is really good and probably unheard of in Paris but when you do pay at the machine make sure you get some help and also get the receipt just in case.
