The location is good, near the hotel is the metro station, a lot of shops and restaurants, but it’s quiet not very safe at night so we used to go everywhere just during the day. We liked breakfast, and the cleanness of the breakfast area. Room was nice, beds were comfortable, staff was nice as well

On the booking.com were information about the tax 2euros per night, but on the reception lady told us that is 5 euros per day/per person so it’s better to change it on the website. The room were extremely cold when we arrived, the heaters were turned off. In the bathroom there is no heater so it stayed cold all of the our stay. The quality of the towels is extremely bad and also they smelled bad. We asked on the reception to change it but it seems that it’s a problem of all the towels and laundry service so we just went to the shop to buy our own towels, there is not fridge in the room and glasses or even small spoons

Great buffet breakfast! Good selection of food and coffee is excellent. Lovely little courtyard to sit and enjoy breakfast. The staff are really helpful and courteous. 2 minute walk to tube station that takes you into the centre and only a few stops from Gare Du Nord. Room and bathroom is spotlessly clean and above all very quiet as room look onto courtyard. Bed is very comfortable too. Thank you for a great stay !

The area is not in the centre of Paris and you are at the end of a metro line M4. However I found it easy enough to get around. The bathroom is very small.

We liked the hotel, the room was clean, very responsive staff, ready to help at any time, convenient location, very convenient to get to the necessary locations as the metro, bus stop and tram are 5 minutes from the hotel, many grocery stores around, as well as places for breakfast. It's only 40 minutes from the airport. Since we arrived very early and it was not convenient for us to wait until 15:00 to check in, we asked to check in at 11:00 and when we arrived, the staff had already prepared a room for us and we could easily check in without waiting many hours.

The only downside is that we ordered a double room for two people, and we were given towels only for one person and one blanket, but even this problem was solved in the hotel in 5 minutes and they brought additional things. Thanks!

1. The location is great if you'd like easy access from and to the airport and hang out around Montmarte. Although there are two metros close by so you can easily reach to the rest of the city as well. 2. Value for price is good for Paris standards. The rooms are functional with a comfortable and artsy touch. As I came for work I enjoyed the big working table in the room. The common area and the calming backyard are great 3. The staff are lovely and helpful 4. Ideal for solo-woman travellers

The armchairs in the rooms make such a loud sound, one can hear people pulling their chairs from upstairs or rooms next to your room. At night time these sounds came so loud and ear plugs did not help. I suggest an easy solution for the hotel management: please put soft stickers under the chair legs. Or perhaps a rug under the table/chair area.

The room was clean and cozy. Me and my friend both have allergies and we didn't have any so loved how clean it was. The beds were good, not too hard, not too soft.

The shower obviously wasn't cleaned properly 'cause it became a pool within minutes which made the bathroom overflow a little. The beds were very small. The location was the biggest turnoff. It's located on the edge of the sketchy area, and as a tourist you don't want to be in a sketchy area in Paris. I wouldn't feel safe walking there at night or alone. The only parking available was in the sketchy/must-avoid area AND was crazy expensive.

Our stay at this accommodation was excellent! The staff was very polite and helpful. The property is conveniently located next to metro and bus stops, making transportation easy. The breakfast was plentiful and constantly replenished, ensuring that no one missed out. The only downside for me was the elevator card, which occasionally got stuck. Additionally, although this might not be the hotel’s fault, my reservation included breakfast, but it was not initially registered. However, after looking into it, the staff resolved the issue, so everything turned out fine in the end.

I really enjoyed my stay at this accommodation as it offers great value for money. The staff are friendly, the room was clean, and the location is convenient – close to the metro, and you can even walk to some of the main attractions. I attended a concert at the Adidas Arena, which is just a 15-minute walk away at a relaxed pace. Once again, compliments to the hotel and the kind staff.

The only downside is that the elevator is a bit slow 😊

The hotel is very clean and have super comfortable beds. Central location near the metro/ bus station and there is also many nice restaurants with good quality food and at much better prices than downtown Paris. Beautiful building

Some of the workers at the desk looked very tired or unmotivated. We had windows facing the busy street outside and even with the windows closed we had a hard time sleeping with all the traffic at times.

The hotel is in a good location, the metro and buses are very close. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms had been cleaned every day, fresh bedding and towels as well. I loved their breakfast, french cheese and croissants, pastry and sausage. There was only liquid soap in the bathroom, fortunately I took my shampoo and other staff with me. I will definitely come there next time.

We thought the value of this hotel was exceptional. The staff were all very warm, friendly and accommodating. The room was small but beautiful and clean. The shower is about two and a half square feet, so larger clients might struggle. For us though, it was perfect. The location is in a very multicultural area, but we felt very safe. It is very close to a metro stop, so easy to access everywhere in Paris.

The pillows were a bit flimsy for my taste, but the mattress was excellent.
