The hotel is located in Montmartre, near the Basilica and many touristic points, this was great and is my favourite area in Paris. Metro and bus stops were only a short distance away so it was easy to move around. Staff was very friendly and helped with getting a taxi to the airport and connecting to the internet. The room had a kettle so we were able to make sleepy tea at night and strong coffee in the morning.

The room was quite small, or rather big enough. The toilet was quite small but we managed as we accommodated to our budget.

Excellent location, close to two Metro stations and situated in a friendly local area, not too touristy with many good restaurants. In walking distance of the Sacré Coeur and Montmartre, if you are able to climb the steps! Room clean, with good facilities. We booked a twin room, it had two Queen size beds and two bathrooms with a sliding door to separate into two rooms if required. Beds very comfortable and kettle with coffee and tea in room too. Perfect for our needs. Staff on reception extremely friendly too. Breakfast was available but there are local cafes that offer breakfast too very close by. Excellent value for money.

Nothing! It was our second stay at the property as it met all our needs and more!

It was very well located, there were metro stops about 3 and 5 minutes away. There was a bakery and coffee shop across the street so if you wanted to grab a breakfast or snack on the go to make the most of your day you could do so. There was a lift so it was easily accessible, the beds were comfy and there was a mini fridge in the room to store things in so we were able to keep our snacks and water nice and cool. The showers were also very good with good water pressure.

There were only very minor issues. The towel hook and tissue box cover in the bathroom were loose and there was some staining on one of the curtains but apart from that I couldn’t really fault it.

It was really big. We are two friends and there were 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, two everything! Everything was very clean and they also had towels and soap for showering or washing your hands. The breakfast buffet was really good and divers and the room very cozy. We almost couldn’t believe that we made such a good deal. Because not only was the value for money very good but the location was exceptional too. In the midst of the Montmartre District and only a 15min walk to the Sacre Coeur. And on the other side of the street was the Sunset Bar. A really nice Bar/Restaurant with cool vibes. We loved it and would recommend to anyone who wants to spend a nice time in Paris!

Perfect for a solo traveler. The bed is big and comfy and the hotel is very well located. It’s very clean and overall a great value for your money. I had a lovely stay.

The rooms really aren’t soundproof and you can hear everything in the corridors. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a light sleeper. Also the city tax increased significantly in 2024, I wish I would have been informed of this beforehand since I booked in 2023. I was expecting to pay about 12$ and ended up having to pay 50$ was an unpleasant surprise.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. They helped me with making reservations and gave good tourist recomendatdions. Room was clean all the time and we had multiple fresh towels/bedding etc. Location was also good! Close to Joules Joffrin metro and lots of cute shopping shops & bakeries nearby. Aircon worked well which ended up being essential in the Parisian heat!

The pillow was a large square and not the shape i am used to which gave me a stiff neck. I dont know if all pillows are this shape in Paris? Im sure if i asked for a new one they would have changed it.

- 30 min from CDG with Taxi - near Metro station, good connection to tourists spots - restaurants and snack stations near by - clean and neat, nice design - very comfortable beds - nice shower - Laptop Safe, water kettle, tea in room - good breakfast

- no refrigerator in room - water bottle not filled up on second day - safe was not working on check in (battery low) everything in this hotel is tiny, the entrance with reception, the elevator, the stairs to the upper floor, the floors, the rooms (3mx3m), the bathroom, the shower, the breakfast room…

Great location for our visit to Stade de France and Montmartre. Two different metro lines within 10 minutes walk. Rooms were ready on our arrival. Helpful staff. Pretty decor like the photos with nice garden theme throughout. Good bed (offered twin if needed). Air conditioning was welcomed. Nice breakfast room with enough choice to please my family. Chilled water fountain a bonus. Couple of decent places to eat nearby.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. It is one of those Parisian hotels with small rooms, but we booked a slightly larger Superior Room and requested a quiet room as well. Our request was very well attended: first we received a confirmation we would be given a quiet room through the Booking.com app and then once there we were indeed given one at the back side of the hotel. I thought this was a model for how a hotel should be dealing with such a request. The room was still not very spacious, but very comfortable with large windows that could be opened and a very good bed, we slept well. The bath room was clean and efficient, also there a large window that can be opened. There is some noise inside the hotel from other rooms (e.g. when toilets are being flushed) and from the corridor. We did not take breakfast in the hotel: the breakfast room is not very appealing and there are countless cafes and bakeries around the hotel where you can have a very nice breakfast in Parisian style. The hotel is located in a very nice neighbourhood close to the Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur. A metro station is closeby, as are many wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants. The personnel is very helpful and friendly, and speaks well English.

As mentioned above, the rooms are not quite sound proof and the breakfast room is somewhat small. But this did not influence our enjoyable stay in any way!

Quiet hotel only about 300m from the metro. Great breakfast and comfy bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious room for Paris with a nice bathroom and good water pressure. Strong WiFi.

The tables for breakfast are very small. Only just about enough space for 2 people and it felt cramped. The shower had no holder up high so had to be hand-held which made washing a bit difficult, especially for long hair. It could only be set in the bath or clipped into the low holder which sprayed water out at 90° and soaked the bathroom.
