For a 5 star hotel having a differentiation on the menu restricting what residents could order for breakfast without paying separately felt unusual. For example we stayed in a 5 star hotel in London the weekend and the whole breakfast menu was available which is what I would expect. The aircon was not working for the first 2 nights however when we reported it, it was repaired promptly.

Impressive views, central location, friendly staff, and great facilities! HIGHLY recommend this hotel. We had the best experience. Checked in and had extremely friendly and helpful staff. The pictures of the room do NOT do them justice they are spacious and beautiful. If you have an Eiffel Tower view it is well worth the upgrade! I would do that. Hortense checked us in and when I said it was my BIG birthday she called up and upgraded us to the best suite on our last night. They transferred our luggage etc Laurent sent Champagne, sweets and snacks to celebrate as soon as we got in the first roomand then again when they upgraded us! We could walk to the metro, the Plaza Vendome (where the Ritz is located) e-bikes are around the corner, and there are bikes on property for easy use. Everything is so close and easy to navigate. The staff was truly incredibly and made this the magical Paris vacation you probably dream of-if you are going for the first time-I can't say enough good things about it. We will go back again!

It got really busy in the weekend and the reception staff gave quite a junior impression to the in-checking guests. I also checked in again a few hours after I check out from a senior suite and I didn’t feel like I was very welcome or appreciated to be back. These things really make the difference.

Kimpton has high standard and yes we love the vibes. Hotel is very stylish and chic. Staff was nice, energetic and fun. Room is spacious and all well equipped. I've got the room with very big balcony and that's awesome. Breakfast was good but some menu (same as in-line buffet) were not included in breakfast rate if you ordered fresh new one , had to pay extra. This area is very safe. Short walk to everywhere we planned for.

Housekeeping things: They forgot to clean the balcony all 3 nights. Some menu not included in breakfast rate even they are the same as in-line buffet.

The location is excellent near shopping areas and not far from main city areas

I expect courtesy transport to and from the airport . There no tooth brush or paste and no shaving cream I expect the hotel to provide all personal bath room stuff every two days at least Providing these stuff once even if you stay for few days is not good service

I had a fantastic stay at the Kimpton St. Honoré Paris! The hotel is beautifully designed, with a perfect mix of elegance and modern touches. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. My room was spacious and comfortable. The location is unbeatable—close to luxury shopping and great dining options. I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

Anyone can access the elevators there is no security to check who is going in or where are they going ! you don't need the room key to go up to the rooms! MASSIVE SECURITY ISSUE

Welcoming staff and very helpful. Our suite was cleaned well, but the turn down in the evening was haphazard.

We really felt that for a hotel of this standard the breakfast should be much much better. The quality of the viennoiserie was extremely poor which is quite embarrassing considering we were in the heart of Paris a city of viennoiserie!! The coffee was quite disgusting which is wholly unacceptable. We were forced to go out for breakfast every morning and had to travel to do this as the cafes in the immediate area are extremely touristy and poor quality.

The roof bar has an excellent view, great champagne and terrible food. The staff are ok. One was great but the other one was very average. Like most staff in Paris they have to be called.

I'm absolutely in love with this hotel: from the check-in process to the attention to details. In this hotel, you have everything you need during your stay. When I checked in, a bouquet of flowers from my husband was waiting for me, the administrator hinted to me that the room was very beautiful :). All requests are fulfilled quickly, small gifts-compliments are made throughout the stay. It's nice when the room is prepared for bed time. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing!

Make the menu in the restaurant a little more diverse. If you plan to have dinner more than twice, you will eat the same as previously. During early check-out, anyone did not help us with our luggage, saying that he was alone at the reception and there was no one to help us (this is strange for a 5-star hotel). Twice the room was not cleaned during the day: once the cleaning lady came during the daytime sleep of the child, I asked to come later, to which I received an answer that she would already go home.
