1)The check in is too late, it starts at 15 /3pm The hotel requires you to freeze €100 from your bank account as deposit, but on Booking.com they haven’t stated this. Be aware, they will give your money back once you empty your room and nothing has been stolen or broken. 2)It doesn’t have a wardrobe to put your clothes on 3)They don’t let you UberEat your order to the hotel, so you have to change pick-up location

The desk staff were great. Friendly, but left us alone as we came in and out. They provided the information that we needed when asked. Room was fine and the small balcony was the best. The staff who made the beds and brought towels each day were great. The room always looked great when we returned each evening.

One of the staff who provided the breakfast yelled at us. We were finishing up and wanted to get two hot chocolates to take up to the room. She yelled at us that the breakfast was finished. It was one minute after 10am. Even if we were wrong, the yelling was unnecessary. The room could have been cleaner.

Door to my private room was opened by someone at 11pm at night. When they saw light on they went away. I blocked up door and reported to staff next morning. No apology or explanation was available or forthcoming from staff as to who it was or why. May have been staff with master key, but may have been another guest with a key programmed for my room.

My teenage daughter and I stayed in a four share dorm room with a view of the top of Sacre Coeur behind the treetops, not as good as the photos but that happens. The room was small but the four of us had our own shared bathroom which was great. It was lovely to see the Sacre Coeur lit up at night when we went to bed. The location was great, within easy walk of the Sacre Coeur and the lovely little streets of Montmartre. There was a small supermarket just a few minutes away and nearby bakeries for that must have Parisian pastry for breakfast! There was also a metro station close by.

The staff were functional but not particularly friendly. There were only 2 power points in the dorm room which is difficult when there were 4.of us wanting to charge our phones.

A short walk from the metro. I arrived in Paris at the Bercy bus station at 23:20, across Paris from LeRegent, but it was only two easy metro journeys away. It was quicker than I thought it would be and I arrived at Le Regent at 00:05 Proximity to Gare de l'Est is very useful. I liked the shared areas downtairs. My room, which had an ensuite (nice) was a decent size with four beds. The bed was comfortable and nice clean sheets. I was booked for four nights but only stayed for one as a friend invited me to stay at their place. I lost my payment for three nights but it was great to be in a private appt.

I found the corridors between rooms on each floor very cramped and a bit confusing. I din't realise there were two lifts to different parts of the building until I asked. A small thing if I had stayed longer and would have understood it.

Overall, the property was good, and it had proximity to public transport. But the room was too small for 4 persons. They had storage some space but had no locks. Should clearly mention on the website that the visitor has to bring XX number of locks. The room had no ventilation except the balcony door and for that it felt a bit stuffy at night. Same was the case at the lounge on the ground-floor. They should have informed about free coffee in the morning. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was too small and was stuffy. The lounge on the ground floor had no ventilation and for that at times felt very stuffy. There were only 3 plug points in a room of 4 where 1 plug was always blocked for a standing fan. Need either an extension cord or more plug points as now-a-days everyone has multiple devices to charge.

Very convenient for strolling around both the 18e and 9e arrondissements. Metro and parking within 100 meters. Clean, comfortable, and very friendly staff. Our second night was interrupted by a fairly large fire in the building next door and we spent a couple of hours in the aforementioned underground car park while the emergency services did their thing - the hotel staff member on duty acted very calmly and organized things quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay here again and similarly recommend it to others.

The room was clean. The location is excellent.

One out of four lamps were working in the bathroom. Whenever I came back to the hotel by the end of the day, I could not open my room. For some reason, the card key had to be replaced. The procedure for check-in does not make sense. They have all your information from Booking.com, but still requires you to fill in tags with handwriting to identify bags. There seems to be no control of those who arrived first and are waiting for a room to become available. The room was not ready at the time of check-in. There was no ar conditioning (as expected).

Actually the best place of my EU trip. The location was perfect. The rooms were clean. And amazing large Windows for perfect ventilation. And the view, one of the best thing about this place (the view from the room) as well as the perfect lounge/cafe area downstairs where you can just lounge all day and people watch if you so choose. Easy access to transportation to all the famous sightseeing locations (just one bus) and food and shopping. It was honestly perfect. I also like how there are only two people in a room (it's a 3room with 2ppl in each, was amazing). I definitely plan to stay here again on my next visit to Paris
