Quiet location with a 20 minute walk to Gare du Nord, and 5 min walk to Grand Boulevards or Rue Lafayette. Rooms very comfortable and have every thing I need for a pleasant stay.

Andrei the manager was fabulous! He helped us with recommendations for restaurants, he gave us advice on the metro and let us enjoy the small bar area with recommendations on wine and was generally a highlight he is an absolute credit to the hotel. The hotel has a small reception area with a few chairs and a lift and through the back is a bar area with 6 comfortable seats, downstairs is a restaurant but we didn’t use it so I can’t rate it but it did look nice. The room was nice it was a privilege room on 4th floor for 3 of us and was spacious enough although was super warm as the air conditioning is not on due to the time of year. We opened the windows but be prepared for the noise as there’s lots going on outside

Being refurbished which was not mentioned on the website, strong smell of paint and despite being told we could check in from 2pm we could not get into our room until after 4.30pm. As we had been up since 4.00am this did prove a bit of a problem. There was also quite a large chip out of the bath, which although not a problem for us it could become worse as time goes by. On the Saturday our beds were made, room cleaned and towels changed, but on the Sunday this was not done and as we stayed out until the evening we did not discover this until we got back extremely tired and just wanted to go to bed. When we mentioned this at check out we were given a small discount to compensate for this.

Property was nice and modern, tinny hotel though but this is normal for Paris! Breakfast was good too. Location. Not bad at all.

Noisy hotel! Our room was next to the lift too so that didn’t help either! You could also hear people from next door opening their wardrobe too!

Clean and comfortable beds. The room is okay for 2 persons not that big but manageable. Location is also nice, 15 mins away from Gare de Noord and a lot of restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is also good and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Merci!

Didn’t have breakfast as onward travel booked for the morning. Air con and ability to control the temperature of the room was great in the heatwave. We looked over the courtyard and were not disturbed. Glass water bottles (still and sparkling) refillable on the ground floor. Local Boulangerie and cafe/bars were welcoming. Hotel was within walking distance of the Seine and Batobus to visit places of interest and mainline train stations.

Great location approximately 1km from Gare Du Nord, well positioned to the subway. Hotel is small and has a minimal lobby area however the rooms are reasonably sized (hotel rooms in Paris are typically smaller) and clean. There are a range of bars within close proximity however we were not disturbed at night by the late night socialising outside. The staff were attentive and very friendly

The location was great. Surrounded by local supermarkets. Cafes, bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk. Metro line also 5 minutes away. The room was small but cosy. We were in town to sightsee so the room for ideal. Bed was comfortable, curtains were blackout and despite there being a bar opposite, we didn't hear a thing and I am notoriously a light sleeper. Breakfast room was cute, again small but great. Lovely selection of pastries, cereals, bread, juice and some cooked. Plenty for everyone and regularly replaced.

Nothing. I cannot fault one thing, honestly. The hotel was great value for money and we would return.

The location of the hotel is ideal in Paris. Close to shopping areas and within walking distance to major shopping and sightseeing attractions. I loved the location. The staff were super friendly and always very helpful. Will definitely stay at the mercure Paris Opera Grands on my next visit to Paris.

It would have been amazing if more toiletries were available at the property and if housekeeping paid a little more attention to cleaning the room and toilet.

The staff was really nice, the breakfast was very good and I had everything that I needed. The location was good with metro stops within reach and a nice neighbourhood to go out for dinner. For the price it was a good hotel.

It’s a little loud within the hotel. I could hear the people in the room next to me as well as the elevator arriving on the floot I stayed on. This was a bit annoying at night and early in the morning.
