We visited for a very short trip so were looking for something cute, not expensive and conveniently located not too far from Gare du Nord (but still in a decent area!), so this hotel ticked all the boxes. The overall space was rather snug but we managed ok and we liked that the bathroom had all been refurbished. The team kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast on our last day which we politely declined but thought was a lovely touch.

We imagined this was due to a poor ventilation system however the room smelled like a restaurant’s kitchen every time we walked in and our pijamas smelled even when we got back to London. All things considered though, this was a small inconvenience.

central location - friendly receptionist - quiet rooms with good air conditioning - walkable to most landmarks and close to metro - great bars in the area - good buzz around the hotel - let us check in early as per request which was great for getting out into the city to explore - bathrooms were spotless and shower was great - threw in free breakfast as a plus which was really appreciated - prompt check in and check out (and let us keep our bags there for 7 hours after check out which really added to our final day in paris)

rooms are small but to be expected (and it is clear from the photos that they are small) - for a couple it’s perfect; probably a bit squished for more than two but for us it was really excellent

Only complaint was a broken shower head which wasn’t fixed. Not a major issue!

Perfect location to explore Paris in on foot (but in a quiet enough spot) decoration simple but stylish, breakfast was delicious, lots of choice, unfortunately we weren’t able to breakfast in the hotel on the first morning due to a technical fault, but breakfast was arranged at the hotel next door, we felt welcome there & it was also delicious, & only a few steps away. Really comfy bed, few issues with the tv (almost fell off the wall but just managed to catch it) small but lovely shower room, everything we needed. Lovely & very friendly and welcoming staff (everyone we met was lovely)

Lovely hotel which was clean, 24hr reception and had a bag store for leaving bags once checked out. The small double was comfortable for two! The location was also great for using the metro.

The bathroom in the room was small even for two petite ladies but manageable for a few nights. The wet room style meant the whole floor could get skippy and a little damp as no window.

Amazing location with access to metros very close by and a very vibrant neighbourhood filled with bars and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here as a solo traveller for work and the hotel was able to accommodate me for 2 extra nights. Very helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms.

As I was travelling for work I had a lot of clothes, and there was very little hanging space in the built in wardrobes. Very minor and may have just been my room. I had given bad value for money only because of the time I travelled it was gearing up for the olympics so all accommodation prices had skyrocketed.

Everything was great and clean. Location wise it was close to all the subway lines we needed to take and a great neighborhood to walk in.

The triple room was small and I had not understood that the “third bed” was the tiny couch in the back (that is significantly smaller than a twin bed), I would recommend getting the two adjacent rooms if traveling with 3 people as it did not make sense paying for the triple room as it is very clearly a room designed for 2 people.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel, particularly because of the spaciousness of the room, which was perfect for our large group. Our rooms were conveniently located next door to each other, making it easy for us to stay connected. The layout was comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the space. Additionally, the rooms were very clean, which made the stay even more pleasant. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. When my mum fell ill during our trip, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable. A special mention goes to Amin, who was especially attentive and supportive during this time. Overall, the combination of size, cleanliness, and outstanding service made for a truly memorable and positive experience.

One thing we didn’t like was that the heating wasn’t working on the first night, which was a bit of an issue since we visited in January and it was quite cold. However, as soon as we informed the staff, they were quick to respond, providing us with electric heaters for both rooms, and the heating system was fixed the following day. Despite this initial hiccup, the staff’s prompt action and willingness to assist helped make the experience overall very positive.

Well located. Couple of minutes walk to Cadet metro and 15 minutes to Galleries Lafayette and Auber station to get the RER. We walked from Gare Du Nord in 15 minutes to get to and from the airport. Staff were friendly, rooms were nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. We stayed in a triple and there was enough space for us for 4 nights.

Rooms are small so for a longer stay this could be an issue. Coffees and milk were not replenished at all.
