Good size bedroom and bathroom with comfortable bed - nice and quiet. Easy access and parking. Hotel has been very nicely redecorated recently, with lovely floors in the common areas, and is bright, pretty and well looked after. It was also very prettily decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was simple but fresh and plentiful - nice coffee. This is our second stay, the hotel is per friendly if you need it (we do) and we will definitely come back, and the manageress is friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike.

Good size double room with all essential equipment. The room was also very quiet, no noise from other rooms or air conditioning. The lady at reception gave us a warm welcome and some very useful information about where we could eat dinner. We learnt it was only a 30 min walk into Riom and this was the best for us as we had a tour of the town and a very good Italian meal.

I never did work out how to use the vending machine at reception. Perhaps some instructions for this of us without a University degree in Astrophysics.

Nothing really - a hairdryer would be welcome and an extra hand towel but we don’t really expect it in a chain hôtel of this standard and a generous-sized room compared to some competitors and a great breakfast more than made up for it

Big room and decent sized shower room. Everything was spotlessly clean. No drinking water was provided. No kettle either. However, the receptionist was very helpful and filled up my travel mug with boiling water (for tea) and found us two extra pillows. I gather that they are in short supply though! Our room at the back looked over the golf course. We SHOULD have had the good-value breakfast!

The bedroom was spacious and very clean. The manageress was very friendly. It was backing a golf club and there was a big back garden where I was able to take my dog. It was well situated, next to a restaurant, Le Zinc, which was quite good. There were gluten free madeleines and good quality plain yoghurts for me; good quality croissants and pains au chocolat.

I have only one criticism: There was only one soap dispenser for the shower and the basin. It's a bit just.

Quick check-in, clean and spacious room, easy access to the room. Comfortable mattresses that are great to sleep on. Convenient and free parking.

If you need hot water, you should think in advance, as the hotel does not have access to it and there is no electric kettle.

Excellent location by the Tunnel. Easy check in, secure parking. Clean and comfortable although the room was a little small, but a perfect overnight stop. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again.

No negatives!

We discovered this hotel travelling from Spain to Germany. I will stay here next time. The receptionist is absolutely lovely, professional and friendly. There are some good restaurants next to the hotel. Satisfaction for the price paid, very positive. The room is basic and clean. Modern style. More than enough for sleeping. Free and secure parking.

The location was perfect for a one night stop on the way from the South of France to The Netherlands. The hotel has a large secure Parking square and several restaurants within walking distance. The manager was most helpful and spoke good English, the room has air conditioning and the bed was very comfortable. A buffet breakfast was available for a very reasonable price. In short we found it excellent value for money!

Travelling with a dog we were very pleased to be given a ground floor room with easy access. The room itself was large and uncluttered. We had breakfast on 2 of our four day stay, the choice was limited but did include bacon and scrambled egg which was very tasty.

The lighting in the bedroom could have been better, the use of adjustable bedside lights would help as reading a non digital book was difficult.
