All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was a reasonable size and comfortable. There was a good selection of breakfast items and the buffet table was continuously kept topped up with fresh items. The restaurant meals were were reasonably priced and excellent.

This hotel seems to be geared up for stays of one or two nights and, consequently, there was very limited storage for clothes in the room and just one plastic chair to sit on. Tea and coffee items were not topped up at all during our 4 day stay. There was no lounge (comfortable or otherwise) for guests to relax in.

Despite booking.com information telling us restaurant was open - which is why we booked it being a logis as their meals are always good - the confirmation stated that it was closed on Sunday evenings. When we arrived reception was closed and our room key was left out for us Not good on a trading estate with no restaurants!!

Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows both soft and firm to choose from, separate toilet and bathroom. Very clean. Arrived late at 10pm, and reception was closed however my key was clearly labelled with my last name and left easily in view for me, as I left before 6am I did not encounter any staff.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Riom on the route toVolvic.The hotel and facilities are fine ,the host is welcoming and the outstanding feature of the place i the food. Both the evening meal and the breakfast merited the Gourmand classification of the logis.

The hotel and grounds were surrounded by a newly developed light industrial estate and large supermarket., which doesn't affect thestay once you are in the hotel

Excellent location for our journey. Easy to find. Safe parking. Sadly the restaurant was closed for our evening meal but there was a McDonalds nearby, or we could have chosen another restaurant from the list provided. Welcoming to our large dog too!

The owners were very nice and welcoming. The room was of a good size, and bed comfortable and had plenty of choice of pillows of different size and types.

The very warm welcome, the cold buffet supper prepared especially for us as the restaurant was closed, perfect.

Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was very good.

There seemed to be some problem with servicing the rooms at the weekend, but as we where only there to sleep this was not a major problem. However clean towels would have been appreciated.
