Excellent location for beach and town centre. Parking a bit of an issue as there is none at the hotel and the centre parking is for only 1 hour 30 mins. Wardens are very strict and we saw many parking tickets issued. Night parking has to be in quiet side streets and this is often very difficult to find near the hotel. Hotel is basic and no breakfasts offered. But great value for money !

Parking . NO lift, so stairs an issue . Had to refuse a room on upper floors because of mobility, but staff helpful and accommodating and found suitable room.

All together it was very good. What we liked the most was a very friendly welcome by the reception person.

The cleaning lady started vacuuming at around 10 am If you like sleeping in late it won’t be possible. The doors and walls are made of “paper”😅 so zero noise isolation. It was stated that the hotel had a parking it was one of our filters when searching. In fact there is no parking.

Ideally situated in the center of Royan. Sea and beach just a short walk. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Free parking next to the hotel. Restaurants all in just a short distance at various prices depending upon your budget. I would recommend this hotel

lack of a lift might be a problem for certain guests, i personally dont mind walking up stairs

Excellent location, means all local shops/restaurants and beach close by. Very friendly and attentive lady receptionist, just a delightful venue. Wi-Fi and television both very good, and storage facilities plentiful, we shall definitely be visiting again.

Breakfast was nice but expensive at €9 for just baguette croissant yogurt coffee. Could have done with ham cheese that we have had at other places for less

Nice cosy hotel in a great location. Big comfortable bed, good size room with double aspect windows very large powerful hot shower.

Check in time is a bit late for us at 16.00hrs.

Great location receptionist very helpful and a happy soul, had a great couple of days nothing a problem
