One of the best hotels I stayed in ! The location is excellent: 800 meters from the railway & bus station, the first line on the ocean. Also, there are a few bike-sharing stations nearby. The views are incredible from each direction, and it would be the ocean or castles. The photo of the view from my window is attached :) The staff is great and very friendly. They speak English well, so it was exciting to talk with them. Sometimes, when I had special requests, they helped me kindly & quickly. I want to say thanks to all of you one more time for the warm & lovely atmosphere ! There is good WiFi here, so when I needed to work one day, it was easy and comfortable. Breakfasts were tasty and large.

The only thing I lacked was slippers to walk inside the room. Maybe they could be given at reception upon request, but I didn't check due to the shortness of my stay.

The entire hotel has been renovated like new. All staff were so accommodating. Found free parking on the road just beside the hotel. The small balcony with table and 2 chairs looked straight onto the huge sandy beach. €15 continental breakfast was first-rate especially the fruit salad. Bring an extra teabag or two if you love tea! Great aircon

Breakfast v good but a bit pricey. Front rooms not cheap but top quality . Back rooms can be small but significantly cheaper with no balcony and aircon only seemed to go down to 24c! Both times the bedroom was not ready by 2pm. Small paying car park at back of hotel if needed.

Perfect location , on the seafront. We requested a sea view room and it was well worth paying the extra for this. The hotel is within very easy walking distance to good local restaurants and the staff gave us some ideas too. The hotel is just a 9 minute walk from the station too! The breakfast option is well worth paying for- lovely , fresh and plentiful. The main positive is the staff - all excellent from reception to breakfast staff and housekeeping. Lovely, friendly and very helpful.

Everything and the staff were so lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The photo is from the front of the Hotel patio with seating and tables. Drinks could be ordered and brought to you. Excellent service.

Friendly staff. Overall perfect. Great location. Room was fabulous. Balcony overlooking sea. Breakfast was high quality and great selection. Private parking if needed at a charge. Room large and comfortable. Did not want to leave.

Welcoming staff. Nice lounge downstairs. Easy and free to park near by.

Small balcony. Busy road between hotel and beach which is not very clear from the photos. Expensive considering this. Also a lot of noise from heavy machinery on the beach moving sand around.

The Family Golf Hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is so well situated and has a lovely patio view. Easy access to the beach amd nearby restaurants. All 7 of us wanted to stay longer! We definitely enjoyed the Family Golf Hotel and would be delighted to return!

Lovely people running the hotel - speak very good English and are upbeat and positive. Safe and secure overnight parking for my bicycle. Room was a good size. Just has a friendly, customer focused feel.

Fantastic location with a view of the beach and town. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. The continental breakfast was amazing. Free parking right outside the hotel.

Superb location on the sea front, helpful and charming staff, nice room, bathroom all worked well.

The bathroom was small in my room, which was the cheapest kind. Some people might prefer a bigger bathroom so best choose a less cheap one.
