We stayed at this hotel in Saint-Denis and were absolutely delighted! First of all — the staff. Truly exceptional. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling. The front desk team greeted us warmly, answered all our questions, and made us feel genuinely cared for. You can tell they go above and beyond — not out of duty, but from the heart. It really created a warm, human atmosphere from the very first day. The design of the hotel is bright and refreshing, with vibrant green accents that make you feel like you’ve stepped into a peaceful oasis. Inside, everything is calm and quiet — a perfect escape from the busy city. Breakfast was another highlight — for just €12, you can take as much as you like, with a wide and delicious selection. Everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. Cleaning service was top-notch — our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bed linen every day. Coming back to a spotless, well-kept room was such a comfort. The rooms themselves were cozy, stylish, and very clean, with modern touches and a powerful air conditioner — an absolute blessing during the summer heat. We felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The room and the hotel itself had modern design and was clean and looked rather new and well maintained. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Although there was a hospital was next door, the windows were soundproof and providing a silent and peaceful atmosphere within the room.

The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions and the metro station, which could be a challenge for some. But its not too difficult, just a bit time consuming: if You like to exercise then walk to metro station Basilique de Saint-Denis (ca 1,4km, ca 23min) or you familiarize yourself with the public transportation system, including the local buses and trams stopping near Hôpital Delafontaine, then take the metro #13 which provides easy access to the Paris city center (to Invalides by metro ca 21 min).

Easy check-in and plenty of parking! There was more than enough parking space, including an underground car park. We were carrying an insulin pen, and the staff were happy to store it in their kitchen for us. They returned it safely when we checked out. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There are also vending machines available at reception.

On the day we visited, there seemed to be a separate event happening on the ground floor, with a large group of young people making a lot of noise and shouting. Hopefully, this isn’t a regular occurrence. We only stayed for one night, so we can't comment on other days. At night, there was also quite a bit of noise coming from outside through the window. One thing to note: the room did not have a kettle or tea/coffee-making facilities. This was mentioned on the booking page, so we were aware beforehand. However, it would be much more comfortable for future guests if they consider adding a kettle and some basic items for making tea or coffee in the room.

The triple room was spacious, bright, very clean and sound-proof. There are block-out curtains which was nice for daytime resting, and the beds are super comfortable. The bathroom has great lighting and ample shower. Breakfast was above my expectations- pastries were fresh and coffee from the machine was delicious. The reception staff was kind enough to let us check in a bit earlier as we had a long night of traveling behind us, which was very much appreciated.

It was very easy to reach the hotel from the city by metro and train, however the surrounding area is not the most pleasant. Lots of suspicious characters wandering around, but the hotel felt super safe with passcodes required to enter.

B&B is a nice hotel, situated in the Saint Denis area. It is placed right near the T1 tram station (100 m) and 2 stops takes you to the 13 Metro line, that you can use to go anywhere you need. It is clean and quiet, and the triple room is really spacious and comfortable. Special thanks for the reception guys!!!!! They are very good at their job, THANK YOU! They helped although they didn't have to.

France is crazy about temperature - 19 degrees C, so keep that in mind when you travel to France, but this is not the Hotel's problem, this is everywhere we went in France (3 hotels, including this one). Mosquitos - they have a lot even in October cold weather.

The room was clean, big enough for what we needed, bathroom was clean and the towels were changed daily. We arrived early and the receptionist was extremely nice and looked if there were rooms that were clean and we were able to install really fast we didnt took the breakfast there because we dont eat in the morning but we liked that were was that option available

Is not closed to the metro station so take that into consideration because you need to take a bus to get to the metro station

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night before departure, it was very convenient that it was close to the Saint Denis University bus station and we walked about 20 minutes. It takes a little longer to get to the center, but there is a metro station in 10-15 minutes walk. The hotel also offered breakfast, which is also very convenient. The room was comfortable and equipped with air conditioning.

Very clean hotel. Staff are friendly we had a long trip arrived after 4pm we were looking for hot water for tea and the man at reception gave us what we needed without hesitation which was very much appreciated. There's a fixed taxi ride into the city center which is about 20 to 30mins depending on where you go. Really helpful guy. I'd stay here again especially if I had the car. Metro locations within walking distance but we didn't use them.

Location is abit out but we knew this as we had a car and needed secure parking which this hotel has and its free. In comparison to other hotels and parking this one is very good. There was four of us for the taxi so wasn't too bad but if its just two people it would be more expensive than the metro ride.

Your staff members are excellent and always willing to assist. Breakfast was palatable. Keep it up the good work.

If you can have kettle, cups, bottle water, fan and iron in the room.

Location fairly close to airport and within 25 min walk from the Stade De France, which is the main reason we booked it. All you can eat buffet breakfast was good deal for 9 Euros. Room tidy and modern, bathroom quite small but adequate and with shower, no bath. Several small shops and cafes in vicinity within 10 min walk distance.

Meet our expectations in general. Front desk/reception is only manned intermittently, and we had difficulty in contacting hotel in late evening, that our flights were delayed and to notify hotel of our delayed arrival
