Great hotel and annex, the location is very central with only a few minutes walk to the beautiful town center. Our studio apartment was spacious enough, the kitchen area was brand new with all the necessary to cook, the bathroom was spacious, the bed wide and comfortable, the balcony in a L shape with 2 sun loungers , a small table and 2 chairs. The hotel facilities were satisfying with a special note going to the basement Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room area and the indoor and outdoor swimming pool area. The breakfast was a self service operation with a very nice selection.

The gym is only available from 9am and extremely small, located on the 1st floor between bedrooms. The hosts could do with more friendliness as they are a bit abrupt and cold. The restaurant prices seemed a bit expensive.

I absolutely the love the charm of this hotel, there are so many notes back to the original hotel and how Samoens used to be. The hotel decor in general is chintzy but I love it! The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was really varied and fresh with home-made jams. A short walk into the town centre. We book this place every time for it's charm, friendly welcome and great location!

Amazing location with breathtaking views. Cosy rooms which will be in summertime amazing for skiing. Good shower and amazing bed! Staff are really supportive and friendly/helpful at all times. Wine choices and knowledge on them by the staff are very good.

In summertime and during hot weather, room will remain warm and can be for people like myself uncomfortable as will impact sleep.

It is a superb ski chalet. It is very nicely decorated by the owner, everything fits with the cozy atmosphere, the food is very good, the spa area is excellent. They helped us with everything that we needed. It was really a pleasant surprise!

The wifi could be better.

The pool was great. A good temperature and very clean. Being able to borrow rackets for tennis and table tennis was also a real bonus. High quality finish in the spa area. The lovely cleaning team. Our fancy cooker/microwave - plenty of scope for self catering.

We found the beds a little too firm. Not being able to stand up in the shower. Not the hotel's fault, but not too many good eating options locally.

It is a lovely well-equipped hotel with excellent facilities: indoor and outdoor pools, tennis court, spa, ping-pong and very good restaurant for dinner. Annexe rooms slightly less luxurious to those in the main building.

Check-out was at 10 a.m. which is unusually early especially for a Sunday. Five years ago, this was not the case.

Everything was great really ! Cannot fault it

Very helpful staff in recommending taxi david transfers to resort from Geneva (brilliant and lovely drivers) an dvery helpful in recommending best ski shop (xtreme glisses) as right by grand massif bubble. Rooms very comfortable. Just wish we had not been out so much as we did not end up using the swimming pool or sauna.

It was a family style run business. We had a gorgeous suite with a living room, bedroom, TV, bath tub, walk in shower, great bathroom space and connecting to the living room. It had a lift down to the spa area with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. it also has a swimming pool. it had a great bus link into grand massif ski resort which was about less than 5 minutes journey with a free shuttle bus. it was the perfect location.

Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean and a great location for walking in the mountains and many other outdoor activities. Breakfast was absolutely stunning and the owners were helpful and knowledgeable. Lovely town with excellent restaurants in the heart of the beautiful Haute Savoie. Hope to be back again soon!
