Everything worked. There is nothing worse than advertising luxury facilities that don't function correctly, but this wasn't the case - everything offered was available. I cannot stress how important this is. Maintaining facilities is expensive, but vital!

A tiny point: Please place more than one toilet roll in WCs! I understand and applaud your effort to be sustainable, but two grown men with healthy appetites (sharpened by skiing!) and sharing a room may need more than one loo roll - lol!

The hotel is excellent, the rooms , the facilities the location , the shuttle service , the resort is lovely , but very little apres ski ( one bar only) its a place for couples & families. Good range of places to eat , but you have to book .

Breakfast only thing that let hotel down , not great choice and at £19 PP not great value , we only had it once , it seems like a bit of after thought and is not run by hotel. The small attached cafe was a better option. If they could sort breakfast out would truly be an exceptional hotel. The main bar was hardly ever open and lacked atmosphere, maybe as we were there at end of season but only night people were there was when they had an excellent pianist on , the bar was really busy that night , thought they were really missing a trick , no apres ski at all. The restaraunt attached was really good , but was run under separate ownership, so you could not add onto room bill.

Absolutely everything. The location was perfect - for bars, restaurants, ski hire, local shuttle pick up for the GME and nearby villages. The rooms were really well kept, a good size, warm, tidied every morning. The ski lockers were really cool, with heated rails for your boots and gloves (picture attached). The staff were fantastic; organising dinner at local restaurants for us and just generally nice people in general. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Staff were lovely, available and accommodating for all our requests. They just get it. Breakfast is basic but to be honest it was ok. You can order more and Fabio restaurant was the alternative place within the building with more options which was communicated well as we were the one of a few guests Spacious apartment with 3 showers, 2 en-suites. Warm and cozy. Live music in the week nights (French Jazz) marvellous Town is quaint and small to walk around with beautiful little boutique shops and ski shops all overlooked by glorious mountains.

Nothing. A great week

We ordered pastries and collected them in the morning at 7.30am. This service worked well for us. Added bonus of a lift to the ski lift and back. Really good ski and boot storage area. Pool and spa area fabulous too at the end of a ski day.

Maybe a few plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses in the room but understand we did not pick a room with a kitchen. I had taken some things with us to use for breakfast so was ok.

The hotel is fantastic, new, and clean, with a really cool atmosphere. Check-in is a bit late at 5 pm, but we managed to check in 2 hours early. After checking out, you can still fully enjoy the hotel's amenities. It's very close to the Grand Massif Express lift, which has free, ample parking, but there's also a complimentary hotel shuttle available every day except Saturday. If you're up for it, you can even walk there. The hotel offers underground parking and is centrally located, close to various eateries—I recommend the burger joint La Canette—and ski rental shops. However, the real game-changer is the fantastic spa area with a pool, jacuzzi, and two saunas, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.

Breakfast are not included. You can order it in the nearby restaurant but the price is high (around 20 euro) and we did not go for it. But the day before you can order at the reception variety of pastries from the bakery and it was a good alternative. Pillows could be a more comfy.

The team at the hotel were amazing. Special thanks to Juliette who was always on-hand to help with any questions, restaurant bookings and generally being a welcoming smile. And we must not forget Petula (the Managers dog), a little ray of sunshine.

The breakfast is OK however the offer does not change. Sometimes the breakfast food was cold.

Lovely hotel, everything seemed very new and clean, the self catered apartment provided everything needed for a week long ski holiday for 4 adults and a 4 year old. Perfect location for the village centre and the gondola to the slopes. Lovely spa/pool area that both us adults and our 4 year old could enjoy.

We didn't rate the breakfast but that didn't affect our stay as there were other options (self catered breakfast, ordered in pastries from the local bakery).

The hotel feels fresh and new and the facilities are well maintained. The SPA is well equipped but when you've got young kids running around its not very relaxing. The hotel hosts a jazz / live performance once a week which is lovely. The Ski room is first class. There is also a cinema room which you can book and that's a massive bonus.

I found the pillows uncomfortable, although the bed was very comfortable.

The design is fantastic. Warm wood, great materialisation, very good value for money! The staff is very friendly. Tho hotel offers a good parking garage. And the Spa and Swimming Pool were from proper size. Over-all, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Some minor things, the restaurants in the hotel and the nearby area were not very good.
