We had a fantastic experience staying in this property—it was very cozy, and we felt right at home. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare breakfast and dinner, and the lovely terrace offered stunning views of the mountains. After a long day of snowboarding, we could relax in the comfortable living room. The host was very friendly and provided us with useful tips for our stay. Additionally, the property is conveniently close to the funicular, which was a great advantage. Overall, it’s an excellent value for the price!

It felt a bit unusual to pay extra for the blanket kit, especially since the cost was quite small—only about 4% of the total price. I would have preferred it to be included. However, as I understand, this is common practice in the region. Additionally, there were no large cups for tea in the kitchen, so we had to use two small ones per person. It wasn’t a big issue, but having a few larger cups would have been a nice touch.

Incredible views! Great location! This apartment had views all the way around Samoens, with incredible view of Le Crieu from the bedroom and the bathroom, and of the other side from the wraparound balcony. Gorgeous. Also - the swimming pool (which is not at the apartment but only a short walk away across a field) is really very lovely. It's a great asset. Very well equipped kitchen and you can borrow fondue and raclette equipment from the hotel really easily.

The building is rather functional in some ways and the sound really travels between floors!

Could do with a head height shower hook and shower curtain to improve the bathroom.

The location was great, the views superb. Only a few minutes walk into the shops and bars.

The WiFi signal was varied and would often drop for several minutes at a time. This seemed to happen randomly through the day

Great location and very good value. Friendly staff, property was clean and well equipped. Perfectly placed for getting up the mountain on the main gondola and also a short walk to the town centre.

The owner was extremely helpful, especially on the last day when we needed somewhere to store bags for 3 hours, helped with that and took the bags over for us, which was great. The location is perfect, 5min walk to main lift, 7 minutes to centre of town. Great views too and a massive balcony. Locker room as expected, warm too. Didn't use the games room but looked spacious.

Bit sparse on kitchen utensils, no corkscrew for example, but enough to cook with anyway. The bunk room would not be suitable for a large man. Overall though no actual complaints, very impressed with the place and the owner. Word of warning though, the restaurants are ridiculously booked, ski area wasn't even busy but could not get a table for love nor money even with 4 days notice, book before you go if you want an evening meal.

Very functionsl apartment. Super clean. 200m walking from gondola. Sweet vilage. Close to center too. Owners friendly will do anything to help. You should know that if you need something from the reception it is in another buildinga block away. If it a nice weather to walk or you have a car it is no problem. Please beware that towels and bedsheets are at eztra cost - but a fare cost. Very clean too.

Only two problems that might not disturb everyone: The bed matreesses are soft, but the owners tried rheir best to bring us somethibngfirm to sleep on. Also the water pipes go through the apartment and mske noise one somebody uses ro WC or shower. If this kind of noise disturbs one it is a problem but not for everyone

Great location, only a few mins walk to the Gd Massif Express Although basic appartment there was more than enough space in the appartment for our family and everything was very clean. Bathroom was renewed recently and strong, hot shower was very enjoyable after a long day ski. Although the site said no Wifi there was Wifi in the appartment. The value for money was superb and service of staff was good. We had to reschedule our arrival by a day due to a funeral in the family and they accomodated without discussion. They also ensured we could arrive late in the evening. We did not use, but there also seems to be a common space in one of the buildings were you can eat together with bigger groups and play some table football etc.
