The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, really close to the river, town centre and train station. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean.

We could hear the people in the room next to us when they were talking. I think this is because it looked like they had the options of the rooms being linked up as there was a locked door to that room. Luckily it wasn't a problem as they weren't noisy, but it might have been if they were.

The hotel is well located, close to the city center and lot of restaurants. The office of tourism is less than 10mins walk. There is an all day free parking space at less than 10mins walk (boulevard Foch) and an evening free parking opposite the hotel. The building is clean, well maintained. The reception is beautifully decorated, welcoming and cosy. The rooftop and it's view is a must-visit for a relaxing moment. The staff of this hotel is simply amazing and so helpful. They go the extra mile for the guests. The nice touch is the video showcase in the elevator and corridor where you can view videos of the team creating content in diverse events to advertise the hotel. Well done to the manager for the great idea and the motivation of his team.

The staff is incredible and very helpful (we had trouble with our car and suddenly had to stay in a hotel for 2 nights. Breakfast is very good and a lot of choice (eggs, forrest fruit, chia, compotes, pastries etc).

The room is good but simple. Not nice that the lights in the bathroom turn on/off automatically. During the night It woke me up completely!! During nights I prefer a dark bathroom!!

Friendly staff and a really comfortable room. Great to have restaurants and the park in walking distance. We slept very well. It would have been even better if there was a discount arrangement between the carpark and the hotel for guests because it was expensive.

Parking

The service is very helpful and always available (24h). The rooms are nice, clean and silent. The lift is very good. There’s no own parking but the Capuchins parking 🅿️ is close and reliable.

The area for breakfast was not comfortable enough. Not a single “real” table available. That’s hard when you have some physical issue. Please consider allowing using also the tables of the “real” breakfast room.

Location was great and the rooms were spotless. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room had everything you needed and was fairly spacious. The breakfast was very nice and the selection was perfect.

The only negative was that they didn’t serve food on a evening.

Better than expected. Nice beds, clean room, quiet. Nice lounge in the reception area and close to everything.

Could hear doors closing from other guests. No view, but did not expect that.

They have a very nice roof deck. The breakfast options were plentiful. Gluten-free bread was available. So was fresh-squeezed orange juice. We were traveling by bicycle and the hotel provided a secure, indoor room for us to store our bikes in.
