Very nice room, perfect location on the snow mountain and right next to the cable car. Rooms were spacious and clean

The staff attitude was very very poor and unhelpful and also room service was pretty poor

Very polite and thoughtful staff, especially in the Crystal Lounge restaurant where I ate more than once and was very happy with it. Bar staff up at the Balcony at the top of the lower cable car were also thoughtful and this is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Property management clearly has a vision as they are investing more in expansion. I like the style of their hotel, super pool and sauna and beautiful laid out pathways into the surrounding woods.

Sauna should be turned on in advance of the pool opening then it would be hot for users. I tried to use it on the Sunday morning at 11am it hadn’t yet heated up, although officially it had been open for an hour.

Location of the property is amazing, you can enjoy the winter dream. Rooms are clean and most of them (not all) have nice views of mountains and the air tram. Staff was quite friendly and helpful.

There is some communication issues between the departments it seems, changes in dining menu and style has not been communicated to us in one occasion. Skiing area is only available when there is enough natural snow (artificial snow is not available). Private changing rooms or bathrooms are not available in the swimming pool&sauna. It would be better if there was some indoor entertainment activities such as bowling&games etc. You can get bored if there is no snow outside. Professionalism of the staff in dining area can be improved.

Location was excellent and right next to the ski slopes. It was great to ski in the day and night and come back to enjoy the spa and sauna.

There were a lot of families and children around, which were loud and dominated the spa areas during the nighttime especially, so be aware of this as the hotel is more of a family hotel. Staff were not on duty during any of the times we visited the pool and sauna areas, so would have been good for them stop poor behaviour from children. It would have been good for floors just for couples to escape the noise, but it was something we dealt with fine in the end. The breakfast was ok - not great for my wife who was a vegetarian.

The location is good, nice district. It is quite comfortable to have the funicular near the hotel for evening skiing. My son liked swimming-pool and I was keen on the warm temperature! They give place to store ski equipment outside of room

The breakfast was not very various, the furniture was shabby a bit. The playground near the hotel was not free, you should pay! It is not 5 stars hotel obviously, but it is ok for the such money.

Well located for ski slopes of bakuriani Decent breakfast Pool and sauna is clean Miriami at reception is very helpful as were the luggage helpers, pleasant helpful staff and good to guests I had lovely view of ski slope and activity of gondolas. Even though I don’t ski I was entertained and happy

The property has ski lifts, nice swimming pool and kiddy playground. It has couple of restaurants in the resort with good food and amazing hot chocolate. The breakfast has good choices. The toboggan was closed but it’s good to know that it opens depending on the time of the year. We arrived at the property and it was snowing what an amazing experience for the kids. We walk to the main town 2 and a half kilometers one way and there are ATM there because there is none in the resort. There is a convenience store just couple of minutes from the resort.

The view from the room was great. The rooms were clean, breakfast was okay. Special mention to the Hotel Manager "Zuka" for being exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout the whole stay! Its people like him that make this place memorable :) Madloba!!

The ground bar- food's quality. SPA- Jacuzzi wasn't bubbly, sauna was not hot and SPA reception staff are far from nice :)

Convenient location next to a slope and a ski lift; friendly staff; large swimming pool and warm smaller one; nice lounge with tasty food.

Although the breakfast is diverse and tasty, its coffee part could be improved (only 2 coffee machines and 2 choices of coffee available).

This the there'd time in the same hotel and i will be back soon inshallah One of the best hotel in Bakuriani Great location great staff specialy (mariam) she's very kind ,understanding..... But u need to work hard on the food quality

Restaurant and food quality, selection...... And iam sure they can do much much better.
