First of all, this is apart hotel, please do not expect 5-star hotel experience. Location is very good, very close to the 2 cable cars and skiing routes (walking distance). There is a restaurant with very good food and average prices in the hotel building (service is good, but food can take some time to come in busy times). And a lot of other restaurants and shops within walking distance. I recommend to visit Bakuriani town along with the skiing if you have time. Reception staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms are big, quiet and warm, beds are comfortable. There is almost anything you might need in the room, electric kettle, cups, etc. (but no tea of coffee)

Water leaking from the shower cabin to the floor in the bathroom. If you don't like skiing, there is not much to do in the area, especially off season. We did not visit spa.

Pleasant staff at the reception desk. At first we were given a room without a balcony, we asked to change it to a room with a balcony, they showed us two rooms, we made our choice, paid an extra 30 lari and got a room with a balcony. The room is comfortable, has a small refrigerator, kettle and sandwich maker. In the Main building there is a swimming pool, Finnish and Turkish bath (included in the room price). There is a good restaurant in the main building with reasonable prices. Nearby there is also a restaurant, a bread kiosk, 500 meters away is a large Nikora and a pharmacy.

Very small balconies, no cable TV. Breakfast is offered at 30 GEL per person, which is a bit expensive for such a place.

The location was great—just a short walk to the Didveli ski slopes. There are restaurants near the hotel. The pool, sauna, and steam room were all well-maintained and enjoyable.

The hairdryer in the room wasn’t working, and there was no hand soap—only shampoo and shower gel. The available mugs weren’t clean. Other than that, everything was fine.

Staff is always the best. Their service is cordial and responsive. Checkin and checkout are easy, and the rooms are comfortable. Options are just right to match your preferences and a good value overall. I can choose economy for a lone ski or a more spacious accommodation depending on my mood and companions:)! Very cool.

Really fantastic hotel I advise you to stay at this hotel on the last days of summer. Here you’ll have amazing people with wonderful services. Here you’ll have peaceful and harmonic environment. You’ll have everything to feel as if you’re at home and the most important part is that every second the staff is ready to support you. It's an excellent spot for a weekend getaway, conveniently located near the Didveli ski resort. The accommodation offers ample parking space and access to a swimming pool.

There is a shortage of forks, spoons, and plates, with only a couple of cups and an electric kettle available.

Very friendly staff, very good service.

One of the rooms was really small, we could hardly move, but the other one was very comfortable, and overall it was a nice stay.

Hotel and room

No breakfast its very unpleasant as we planned to have breakfast from one restaurant in the hotel building. It was mentioned in the booking form that we can have breakfast with additional payment. When we went to have breakfast, there was no breakfast set up in the restaurant. staff in the restaurant were not bothered us to give any food. their approach was not at all good. whenever booking hotel should have breakfast in the package. Hotel and stay was very good.

This place is one of the best hotels in bakuriani. Everybody is very welcoming, especially Tamta administration manager . She greated us with all smiles and was always ready to help. Luka from reception was very helpful also. They have a good spa area and rooms are new and fully equipped. Thanks Luka and tatma for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back next time
