The staff is friendly and helpful. They upgraded our standard room to suite. The location is perfect. Our room had sea view.

The lifts were not enough. We've waited for it a bit. The setting of Air conditioner was hard. It could have a central-based control.

The smell in the corridor and the room triggered my allergy - bed size is small for two people and the mattress is quite hard.

We booked a premium room, which was spacious and had a sea view. The bed was super comfortable, with high-quality linens that were changed every other day. Breakfasts were excellent — varied, fresh, and delicious

The hotel is showing some signs of wear: stains on the lampshade and carpet, scratched flooring, and slow drainage in the shower. However, these were minor issues that didn’t spoil our stay overall.

- Excellent location. - Great staff. - Nice breakfast, but a little on cheap side for a fancy place like this one. - Excellent view from breakfast and sea view windows.

- AC is making quite a noise during night. If you turn it the temperature is hard to control. - The light from advertisement is frustrating. Gotta keep the shades closed during night if you want to sleep. - Beware of scam taxi drivers from/to central train/airport! - Always use Bolt application. - The furniture in the room was a little bit shabby!

The property itself and the facilities

There was this bald guy working at the Pool area on the 3rd floor He was so rude Didn’t answer our calls to order food/drinks He was just ignoring all the guys on the Pool serving only girls!! It was so obvious and so badly/negatively funny Such a dude shouldn’t be serving people even in a 1 star Hotel! He’s definitely reducing the facility value

Great location, easy parking, great room (we upgraded for my Wife's birthday), helpful staff, breakfast was excellent.

The swimming pool had all the sun loungers 'reserved' by people just leaving their towels on them, even though they weren't there at the time. As such myself and my family weren't able to use the pool during our stay. I know this does happen at hotels but i wish hotel management would be more on top of this and implement and communicate a policy that a placed towel from a guest/s does not reserve a sun lounger. It's not fair to other guests.

Was upgraded to amazing room . Everything is clean and an amazing service from everyone there! the belboy Saba was very helpful with every piece of advice or question about Batumi . 10/10 breakfast! 10/10 service Again, I would like to thank Saba .

First of all this has been my ultimate favorite stay ever!! Where do I start, Everything was perfect from A to Z, starting with Mr. Gocha and Mrs. Tamar who are super friendly and welcoming . Mr.Gocha is always there to help and make sure everything is good. The receptionists are the best,super welcoming and always smiling to you especially Nana she was super comforting!. The room we had was a Spa suite and believe me when I say it is soooo worth it that you don’t want to leave the room, Super spacious, captivating view , amazing private Sauna in the room, super comfy bed and just perfect! The breakfast was very well varied with many options and what was even better is that they have a “Gluten Free” corner which is super considering for their clients, many fresh croissants and bakeries and amazing Omelette chef always there to help😍 The cleanliness is excellent, fresh towels ,water and coffee capsules daily and amazing fast response room service! As for the location, it couldn’t be any better!! The Europe square where there are activities and many restaurants is only 5 mins walking, The Famous Boulevard where Ali and Nino statue and the Alphabetic tower are like 7 mins walking maximum!! Finally I will tell you about the Umami above the clouds 360 bar and restaurant they have at the highest level of the hotel! SIMPLY MAGNIFICENT!!! We tried their dragon roll sushi and Fried mozzarella roll with salmon and it was the best I’ve ever tried and they have super tasty Rock shrimp tempura that I Loved 😋😋 All by all everything was super amazing and this hotel made our vacation extra special and definitely Memorable!! Thank you Radisson Blu Batumi for being AMAZING! Will definitely come back soon !😍

Very helpful staff, we got a free upgrade to a Spa Suite. As it was my wife’s Birthday we even got a piece of Birthday cake with a message. Room was perfect, a very enjoyable stay 😊

We had dinner and drinks at the Rooftop Bar w which was very nice but the live music was unbearably loud which made a normal conversation next to impossible.

It's rare that I rate full marks for everything. The check-in lady was so friendly we almost did not know how to respond. I found that in general hotel rooms in Georgia are not as sound proof as they usually claim. This hotel was the exception, totally quiet throughout our stay. Great views. Great room. Highly recommended.
