First of all, the restaurant of the hotel was excellent, it had good service and staff, and it also had a clean and large swimming pool, and the proximity of the hotel to the shopping center was a positive point for us.

Break fast is awesome and reach my expectation. Location is close to bus stop where you can connect to Tblisi mall and Tblisi itself . will Take 1 GEL per head for 1.5 hr Journey.

Air con inside room was not working. but opening balcony will get some fresh Air. As city is not hot or Humid your sleep won't get disturb. They explain with some excuses like govt Norms for turning On and Off your aircon which i don't Know whetehr its true or not

Good location.Large,really pleasant and clean rooms. Great restaurant for breakfast, lunch and diiner.

Everything was excellent. We had a very good and comfortable stay at the property. We were happy since we were allowed to do early check in. Our special thanks to the all front desk staffs. They were very courteous, helpful, approachable with very sweet approach toward the guests. A very special thanks to Ms. Teo - Food and beverage manager at the Safron restaurant. She was taking personal interest to serve us the food as per our special requirements (Indian Vegetarian food with a very special requirements like: No Onion, No Garlic). A little but negligible issue of cleanliness. The long distance of your property from the city center of the town. Related to your beautiful town: [1] The heavy traffic near your property during peak hour. [2] People in the town are very poor in communicating in English. So they don't look like tourist friendly.

Breakfast was nice, staff are friendly, room was spacious. I enjoyed spa and pool faciities and food in the asian restaurant was exceptional.

Breakfasts were superb. They can be easily the best breakfasts I ever had in a hotel anywhere around the world. The selection and the quality of food were excellent, and the staff were helpful and attentive, especially Teo the manager. I also enjoyed the restaurant in the evenings, with its very tasty Iranian cuisine. My room was comfortable and spacious.

Wifi could be better, especially in the evenings. Also there was only one elevator leading to my room, and it was often too busy. I could use stairs to go up or down one floor but was unable to find any access to the stairs.

First of all, special thanks to the hotel management and staff for their excellent hospitality🙏 Hotel administrators gave a lot of guidance to get to know the city better. We saved a lot of money by participating in the tours that they introduced us. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, Super market is next to the hotel, Saffron restaurant on the 6th floor with very delicious food and great services,such a blessing 🤩 All in all, highly recommend to all those who wanted to experience an excellent and convenient trip in Tbilisi

Giorgi at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Smoothly assisted us with check in and went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable after exhausting travel. The other staff present were also wonderful! World-class service!!
