The hotel staff is very polite and friendly, greet you with a smiling face and make you feel welcomed. Although the hotel is a bit far from city, would totally recommend if you're looking for a cozy and calm place. The rooms are spacious and the services they provide are also good. The breakfast tasted amazing, they had a variety of options for breakfast (included in room charges).

The location is very convenient to quickly reach the main shopping hotspots around the centre. The room size is decent and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good, with enough options to cater for all tastes. Parking (limited space) is just outside the main entrance under camera surveillance. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms overlooking the highway can be quite noisy day and night, despite the good soundproofing. Ear plugs are imperative for sensitive ears.

Curtains didn’t fully close in the bedroom so light came in the morning.

If you intend to take bus from Tbilisi to Batumi then the location of this hotel is perfect. The bus pickup point is hardly 5 min walk from the hotel. As such Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are very spacious and staff is also friendly.

The room cleaning, especially the cups, which were not cleaned at all. Most of the time there was no way to stir the coffee.

The staff were wonderful, very helpful and nice. Check in was simple, housekeeping staff were lovely. The room size was perfect and very spacious and the bathroom was very good although this can be variable. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

A hook in the bathroom to hang clothes would be be useful.

The property is very good especially nice and modern decorated Lobby. The location of the hotel is near to the Georgian old city Mtskheta I really enjoy staying in this hotel and highly recommend to everyone

there was a big window in a bathroom and it was always cold inside, so it made our stay quite uncomfortable. also wind was getting in from a window above our bed
