My stay at HOTEL WEST TBILISI was nothing short of delightful. The hotel boasts a large swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, both of which were accessible to guests at no extra cost. This added a level of convenience and luxury that enhanced my experience significantly. Moreover, the hotel's hospitality was remarkable. The staff’s attention to detail and their eagerness to assist made me feel well taken care of. It was hard to believe that HOTEL WEST TBILISI is rated as a 3-star hotel; my experience was definitely more aligned with that of a 4-star establishment. In summary, my stay at HOTEL WEST TBILISI was a blend of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. The hotel stands out as a modern gem in Tbilisi, offering a serene escape with the convenience of being well-connected to the city.

On the downside, the hotel's location is a bit removed from Tbilisi’s historical center. However, this was hardly an inconvenience as the metro station was just a few steps away, providing easy access to various parts of the city.

Very beautiful, new and comfortable Hotel. Our room was clean and too nice. There were also putten tooth brushes and paste in the bathroom. All towels were clean and soft. 😍 There were putten tea cattle also in the room. They put tea pockets, coffee and water bottles also. We saw very helpfull staff there. All our questions were answered kindly and in detailed way. Big thanks to mr. Georgi and mr.Kaxa 🥰 and for nice gift- tasty Georgian wine gived us. We were in a hurry and they helped us with transportation also. Our trip was beautiful to this beautiful city! Thank you Georgia❤️ Madloba ❤️🌺

The hotel is near to the metro station. The room was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well.

Everything! The hotel exceeded my expectations — the room was spotless and cozy, the staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I especially loved the pool — clean, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

It feels brand new and is clearly good quality with a modern feel to it. It's not in a touristy area so better suited for people who have a specific reason to stay in this neighborhood like we did. The bed is comfortable, wifi is a great speed, and the staff are exceptionally kind.

The staff and owner were absolutely amazing. Hard to choose my favorite thing from fresh fruit, a great breakfast, an amazing view from the balcony, super clean facilities, a beautiful indoor swimming pool, and so much more! This hotel is an absolute gem. I highly recommend. Ask about the house wine.
