Hotel Amser is a hidden gem. You get a lot for a small price. The owner is a wonderful person that is easy to communicate with and provided accurate information. The room was bright and spacious, and we particularly liked the level of cleanliness. The location was close to public transport that took us right to the city center. All the hotel staff is warm and amicable. The building is also new and quaint. We will be sure to travel again to beautiful Tbilisi and stay again at Amser!

I had an incredible stay at Hotel Amser! The rooms are very modern, well-designed, and spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to ensure guests feel at home. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service. The host and the employees went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, offering warm hospitality and quick assistance whenever needed. Their friendliness and dedication truly made a difference. The hotel owner Slava, Izza, and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and wonderful to deal with. They always provided great service and helped me when needed. Slava even picked me up from the airport, checked me in, and let me try his homemade wine. It was good. Really nice guy. Sometimes he does everything at the hotel. Izza speaks English well and can help with translation if needed. They let me use their staff kitchen to make food since they no longer offered free breakfast. I definitely recommend Hotel Amser for the price and if you're looking to stay somewhere quiet.

Everything was very good, and the staff, and the service and cleanliness, it was a very quiet peaceful hotel with a very good aura. The rooms were very clean, everything worked well and had comfortable balconies with great views. The owner of the hotel was a wonderful person, very kind, he gave us his own wine at check-in, and provided everything if needed.

Not that we didn't like this, as we knew from the beginning, but consider that it is quite far from the center. But it was great in our case, because after an active day, it was nice to have a hotel in a quiet place.

It’s a good place for a good price. It’s a bit far so, but you can always take a cab or use a bus/minubus to metro. The owner and the rest of the staff are great and friendly. Place also have a backup generator in case of blackout. And you can use a kitchen and a dining room for your meals. Definitely would recommend if you wanna stay in a place with maximum quality/price ratio within a low budget options.

The owner is So wonderful in fact the entire staff was so wonderful . When I return to Georgia this be my go to . The service is so much more important than everything a person can experience I love Georgia because of Hotel Amser! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ see you soon !

Private parking – we traveled by car and that was a good thing. Probably not the best location to stay if you travel by foot, though. The host gave us a big bottle of homemade wine right after the check-in. There were towels and linen only for one person in the room, but we managed to get more pretty easily.

There's no infrastructure nearby. I haven't seen any shops, so if you arrive hungry it might be a challenge to get smth to eat. Dogs are barking under the window at night.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The ambiance was cozy, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and the positive interactions with the staff.

While the overall experience was decent, I couldn't overlook some cleanliness issues in the bathroom. I noticed spiderwebs and hair, which was a bit disappointing.

Great value for a good, clean, and friendly hotel. Great to stay here if you're travelling to the west of Georgia the next morning, easy to get out of Tbilisi

It really wasn't a big issue, but it had two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed.
