The hotel is very clean, the room is very comfortable and of a very suitable size, and they pay attention to the smallest details. It's also great that there is a bidet in the bathroom. The breakfast at the hotel is considered good. Honestly, I cannot forget to thank all the hotel staff, especially the reception staff, as their treatment is very elegant and they are really cooperative.

The only flaw in my opinion is the elevators. The hotel has 14 floors and only has two elevators, both of which are of very poor quality. also like to add that the hotel's location is relatively far from the city center and its activities.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tbilisi Tower ! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. A special thank you to Nino at the reception—she was incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her professionalism and warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated her support and cooperation throughout our visit. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay!

this is a 5 star hotel, not 4. everything is perfect except what I will mention down

the breakfast is as a quality of a 3 star hotel, its the same for everyday, and there is no care for Muslims by providing Halal food, there is Not alot of options in general but there is No Halal option, I think even the eggs are made with pork oil.

There was no phones in the room and if you needed anything you had to go to reception. In the room there are no bedside lights , only one big light on the ceiling. The windows were facing the yard where every night there was a lot of noise from some machinery. In the bathroom found long black hair in the sink

Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was ready to help with any request, everyone was full of Georgian hospitality. Family hotel with a good atmosphere. Great view of the city. It was a surprise to find a rooftop pool, but it was clean and equipped with the necessary amenities. The aquarium in the lobby was huge and the kids were delighted with the different fish inside. It was about 10 km from the city center, but it is in a busy part of the city, so transport should not be a problem. Thank you dear Georgia, next time I will choose this hotel with great pleasure.

Easy and free parking, spacious rooms, wonderful bathroom with ‘waterfall’ shower. Very hot water, great beds and a lovely poolarea. Breakfast has a great choice of items and everything is freshly made.

not much too not like but the elevators are a bit confusing, numbers going up to 41th floor😁 suggestion: I had two separate rooms and the showers in the poolarea: rub the showerhead with a brush and/or unsctew them and put them in vinegar or descaler. The need it badly

The rooms were spacious and roomy, but felt cozy in all the right ways. The indoor pool was amazing, with all the natural light coming in. The staff was welcoming and were always ready to give a helping hand whenever needed.

The breakfast wasn’t really up to par with what I had imagined, but it can definitely be improved. The hotel only provided with one key card per room, which, if lost, had a 50 GEL fee.

The rooms were spacious. Bed were good. Daily room cleaning. Jet spray/ Bidet in bathroom. Daily 2 bottles of drinking water supplied. Breakfast was good.

Reception Staff didn't do anything about TV not working in room even after informing them. They kept saying that they will send someone to resolve the issue. Stayed for 1 week nobody came to resolve the TV issue. Location away from main city center and shopping centers. Ground floor restaurant always smelling of cigarette smoke.

The staff were helpful and kind during our stay, the room was BIG with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed for my son, very comfortable and clean. We had a kettle, coffee machine and clean room with replenished goodies and water everyday! They have nice breakfast, with many options hot and cold, fruits and cereal, breads and pastries, we ate well every morning. The area is quiet, good for sleep and rest after a long day touring around the city! Download BOLT to take a taxi around town, it’s very affordable and they come to you FAST!

They don’t have room service, if you want to order food, you have to go to the kitchen and order from them, then they will call you when the food is ready so then you need to go and eat the food in their restaurant area. Not in the room.
