this is a 5 star hotel, not 4. everything is perfect except what I will mention down

the breakfast is as a quality of a 3 star hotel, its the same for everyday, and there is no care for Muslims by providing Halal food, there is Not alot of options in general but there is No Halal option, I think even the eggs are made with pork oil.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tbilisi Tower ! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. A special thank you to Nino at the reception—she was incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her professionalism and warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated her support and cooperation throughout our visit. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay!

Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was ready to help with any request, everyone was full of Georgian hospitality. Family hotel with a good atmosphere. Great view of the city. It was a surprise to find a rooftop pool, but it was clean and equipped with the necessary amenities. The aquarium in the lobby was huge and the kids were delighted with the different fish inside. It was about 10 km from the city center, but it is in a busy part of the city, so transport should not be a problem. Thank you dear Georgia, next time I will choose this hotel with great pleasure.

Elevator taking long time to reach to each level and always busy, they need to add elevator to their building

The staff were helpful and kind during our stay, the room was BIG with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed for my son, very comfortable and clean. We had a kettle, coffee machine and clean room with replenished goodies and water everyday! They have nice breakfast, with many options hot and cold, fruits and cereal, breads and pastries, we ate well every morning. The area is quiet, good for sleep and rest after a long day touring around the city! Download BOLT to take a taxi around town, it’s very affordable and they come to you FAST!

They don’t have room service, if you want to order food, you have to go to the kitchen and order from them, then they will call you when the food is ready so then you need to go and eat the food in their restaurant area. Not in the room.

The rooms were spacious. Bed were good. Daily room cleaning. Jet spray/ Bidet in bathroom. Daily 2 bottles of drinking water supplied. Breakfast was good.

Reception Staff didn't do anything about TV not working in room even after informing them. They kept saying that they will send someone to resolve the issue. Stayed for 1 week nobody came to resolve the TV issue. Location away from main city center and shopping centers. Ground floor restaurant always smelling of cigarette smoke.

Room given to us is really spacious along with the wc that has a bidet. Breakfast variety is wide and i appreciate how they put a picture to help out our Muslim brothers and sisters on choosing halal. Staff were friendly specially housekeeping and bar area. Value for the money is reasonable it has an indoor pool which is a bonus for your stay when you dont have tour. I would recommend this hotel for tourist visiting tbilisi that have arrange private tour. But if your planning to do a tour on your own please take note that the location is far away from the center 10kms but you have an option to order a cab by bolt app that would cost around 15-19 gel per ride on the center.

Only 2 elevator and a bit slow which would take few minutes of your time. Not everyone concern but the property is a non smoking building so you have to go all the way outside if your a smoker.

Hotel is in a Good location in new Tbilisi. Have access to multiple restaurants, taxi pickups, groceries. etc. Hotel staff are good. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. You just walk out to the main road directly, so its easy to get access to multiple things.

Toiletries could have been provided. There was none when we checked in. Only Soaps and Shampoos, no brush or paste etc. The lift at the breakfast floor didn't stop much. The Guests were waiting for ten mins for any of the lifts to open to get to their rooms Rest were fine.

It was the first time that we used this hotel.The personal was very friendly and polite. I requested an early check in and they arranged it as I wish. Thanks a lot for everything. The breakfast was also good and tasty. We got a champagne and candies as that day was my daughter's birthday.🥰🥰🥰

Noting to raise, the only bad thing was that someone scratched our car in the parking area.

The property really looks like a 5 star hotel, with all the facilities you want (bar, lobby, big rooms and view over the city, pool on the rooftop) The breakfast is good as a buffet for a continental choice. Parking space is existing for customers but limited.

The WiFi was really bad. I don’t recommend for remote working. The remote of our tv was broken. The receptionist was “weirdly” unfriendly. He threw my passport like a garbage, though it was “only” 22:30. He looked kind of pissed. But it’s ok, our room was clean and big and our request has been fulfilled.
