We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn – the niu! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Yulia, who was very helpful and assisted us with all our questions – we truly appreciate her kindness! The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained. The room was very comfortable, with great sound insulation and a modern, clean bathroom. We had a great night's sleep! We were very happy with our experience and will definitely stay here again if we have the chance. Highly recommended!

If we had to mention any small downside, it would be the absence of a mini-fridge or a kettle in the room. But honestly, that's only if you're really trying to find something to critique. There’s a great bar in the hotel lobby, which adds a nice touch to the overall atmosphere.

Very nice hotel bringing horse vibes with the nicely made decor from the reception, hallways and rooms, see if you can spot it ;-). A modern hotel, everything works and kept in a good state. Lovely rooms, including bathroom, beds and kitchenette. Nice parking under the hotel, not free though. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Easy check-in/out. Great breakfast. All in all lovely hotel located in the olympic area of horse riding sports.

One minor thing was missing thou as there were no coffee and boiler in the room. We did however not check if we have good down and made us a free coffee from the restaurant area, which we probably could, but it was not mention anywhere if that was the case.

Good place, not in center close to highway. Great breakfast, enough parking places, though for extra cost. And finally very good price.

We had three rooms and two of them had strange smell. Carpets were not so clean, but bathroom and beds were clean and fresh. One room has been missing TV remote controller. But good all together for one overnight stay. Even for more days it would be good. Will use it next time if needed. All shops and shopping centers around we visited close at 20:00 on Saturday and are closed on Sunday. I've not seen such open times for ages.

Very good place, clean and in a safe neighborhood.

When we asked about the quality of the tap water, the staff told us it was not safe to drink and should be avoided. This was quite surprising, given that Munich is known for its excellent tap water—which was also being served in the breakfast area. Coincidentally, small bottles of water were available for purchase at €3 and €6. P.S. Almost none of the staff spoke German, which was surprising as well, however they were very friendly.

Hotel is new and all room amenities were in new condition. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room and replacing towels daily. Breakfast was well presented with variety of choices. Location was very convenient for companies nearby.

Room is missing kettle, coffee, tea and mugs. A free bottle of water daily or at least on the first day would be nice. Restaurant offers pizza only, and limited choices at that. Beware that there 2 Holiday Inns in Munich with very similar name. People in our group were either taken by taxi to the wrong (older) hotel or booked the incorrect hotel.

First of all, it was really a great deal! We had a great stay at a modern, clean hotel with extremely helpful, polite and cheerful staff and a lot of bonuses( like free coffee at any time, later check-out or daily room cleaning). What really impressed us was breakfast with such a big variety of snacks, drinks and meals that it seemed enough for the rest of a day.

For the price you pay, by far the most comfortable hotel ive stayed in. Lots of pillows (not just 1) nice bed and shower and It looked brand new. And had a lot of features you normally get in higher rated hotels. Would absolutely stay here again. Price - quality is absolutely great here.

Breakfast is fine but expensive. Much less as some others but i feel breakfast is always overpaid in hotels.

An excellent hotel! There is a bar that offers some food, so there’s no need to search for a restaurant if you arrive late. The staff is exceptionally hospitable and had no problem providing me with extra bed linens. The room was clean and cozy, and a parking garage is available for guests. My stay was very comfortable!

The only downside was the smell from the hotel kitchen, which spread into my room through the ventilation system.

The niu is a very reliable brand and I feel very confident when I step in one of their hotels. The facilities in the room were very modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's very cheap when there is no trade fair happening, otherwise it should be difficulty to book a room here.

The perfume or the scent they used in the room to clear the air was too strong. It's better to simply ventilate the room instead of using the artificial odor to cover it up, but perhaps it was to create the high-class atmosphere with the odor. For people who is sensitive to smells, it may not be too comfortable for you.

The hotel itself is great! Clean, modern rooms with functioning AC and windows that fully open.

Kind of far from the city center. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from the S2 station, and the train comes every 20 minutes. From there, it’s another 15 minute ride into the city.
